25th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Stephen Tew has done everything he promised, the way he said he'll do it, and it's worked. It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.
28th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)The worst agents I have ever experienced, and I am a retired chartered surveyor with over 30 years in practice. I found them rude, disrespectful and totally incompetent. They failed to respond at all to any of the notices served on them in accordance with the term of the tenancy, I was totally ignored. When the rain came, it was obvious that the thick layers of paint hid a sorry lack of maintenance. I would not advise anyone to have any dealings with this firm in the light of this experience. They say they have a, 'Fully Managed' tenancy while the opposite is the fact.

30th May 2023 (2 years ago)I visited Lytham St Anne's and I think I want to live there one day. So I checked out properties on here. Seems upmarket as it is there are some stunning properties in my price range.
4th May 2026 (5 days ago)We have found our Agent Miranda Menzies to be very helpful, hard working, professional and feel we would not have sold our property if it was not for her. Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Roberts&Co were very friendly, however they talk a far superior game to the one they play. Proper screening of people to view as well as collation of post viewing feedback was poor to non existing. They were unable to advise on anything to help improve the chances of attracting viewers other than moving photos about on the listing or reducing the price. Very reactive and not pro-active. Had to pay £480 to exit the contract early even though they admitted they have underperformed for us.

12th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)As always Angela herself and staff are always helpful,thankyou,gone down hill,lost sale then told more or less my fault,to take the offer as they wouldnt show anyone else around during covid.Plus they wouldnt show anyone else around after the only offer was 15k less than the asking price Helen took it off market.when asked what do i want to do! Went on mkt in april,only put onto angelas site in july then only went on rightmove in AugustNow enquiring about rented and i nvr get told what houses they have to let yet told id be told by collete.just missed two now 12 th april,rang last week about parr lane my old house and walmer bridge and no one ever rung back as Collette promised

These guys will tell you everything you want to here to get the keys in your hands, once they are, they no doubt start laughing, everything we where told about the property we've taken and the landlord is an absolute farce, I've had 17 landlords in my life, this current one is by far the worst, and the property the 2nd worst, although at least in the worst one I could reach the property manager to get work done and have no issues paying rent, everything with the current landlord is an impossibility, and W&E reckon she's and I quote 'very friendly and always willing to help, she'll always respond', they must know a different landlord, because they sure as hell aren't talking about this one.
16th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)We can not praise Peter , James and Eve enough during what is a stressful time. We bought one house and sold two houses within 6 months . They were very professional , courteous and friendly too. Which made approaching them easy. Nothing was to much trouble . So much so that I feel I have made a little friend with Eve . I would definitely use Unquie again and recommend anyone that is thinking of selling or buying to use them . Thank you to you all at Unique for making a stressful time less stressful .
