5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Massive thanks to everyone at Tracy Phillips throughout the process of buying my first house. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly and always happy to answer any questions or queries I had. A special mention to Louise, who I dealt with throughout the process. She always went the extra mile and kept me updated every step of the way.
28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)We were the ones communicating with them rather than them keeping us up to date. The first viewing out of only 3 only took 8 minutes which is not long enough. We did let them know. Overall not great at all, hence moved agents.

10th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Only care about their bottom line and nothing else. These guys will tell you everything you want to here to get the keys in your hands, once they are, they no doubt start laughing, everything we where told about the property we've taken and the landlord is an absolute farce, I've had 17 landlords in my life, this current one is by far the worst, and the property the 2nd worst, although at least in the worst one I could reach the property manager to get work done and have no issues paying rent, everything with the current landlord is an impossibility, and W&E reckon she's and I quote 'very friendly and always willing to help, she'll always respond', they must know a different landlord, because they sure as hell aren't talking about this one.
14th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)All the staff have been helpful and professional, they have kept us informed and updated after viewings. We're very happy with the service provided.
