1st Feb 2026 (14 weeks ago)I recently used Hilton, King and Lock to sell my house and found them to be excellent. They were readily available to answer any questions or queries I had. Once the sale was agreed they were constantly tracking the progress of the transaction with solicitors and my buyer. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Also sold a neighbours house in 2 weeks as well, after being on the market with other agentsfor literally 3+ years. The marketing is far better than other agents, with very clear and detailed floor plans and brilliant video promotion, not the usual picture scrolling stuff, it has voice overs narration, music and more. Watch out Hollywood !!! Many thanks Luke for all your help. Very much appreciated and would 1000% reccomend.

Julie was professional, responsive, and kept me well-informed at every stage of the process. She went above and beyond to help resolve issues quickly, including chasing up matters with the seller to ensure a smooth completion. I particularly appreciated her clear communication and guidance, which made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been. The sales progressor, Jane, was especially helpful and supportive from start to finish. Buying a property can be stressful, but Jane kept everything moving smoothly and made sure I was updated regularly. She was always responsive, professional, and happy to answer any questions I had along the way. Her communication and attention to detail really helped make the whole process much easier. I would definitely recommend Michael Hardy Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
