22nd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I have worked with many letting agencies, but this was the best one so far. From the start of the tenancy to moving out, everything was seamless. Telmo and Steve were wonderful throughout the entire year. Whether it was a maintenance issue or any fault in the property, they resolved it as quickly as possible. If you are considering choosing this agency, I would highly recommend them without any second thoughts.

30th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)Martyn was very helpful upon my move in and viewing. However when it was time for me to move out, they withheld some of my deposit money because the property wasn't clean enough. I didn't complain when upon my move in the floor was as dirty as the grount outside, but now I got charged money because I didn't clean? They even provided pictures about how it wasn't "clean". There was no dirt on the pictures.

Our transaction hit a massive standstill, and it felt like progress had completely stopped. Luke stepped in, took control, and single-handedly revived the momentum. He’s bridged the gap when my solicitors went quiet, he chased solicitors, coordinated the chain, and problem-solved issues promptly. They were incredibly proactive, pushing every party involved to keep things moving forward under tight deadlines. Their tenacity saved the deal, and their constant communication saved our sanity Absolutely outstanding service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent.

13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)My partner & I had been on a property search for the best part of a year before we met June from Prospects in Warfield. She is, by far, the best estate agent we met in all of that time. We have very small children that we had concerns about bringing along to view properties but June assured us that she would help keep them entertained & she did just that - my little boy still asks why June isn't with us in our new home!<br>June also recommended that we viewed the house (which we brought through Prospects) even though we had initially dismissed it. Needless to say - we couldn't be more grateful. June has a real eye for detail, walks you through what you can do with a property, is friendly, will help you with small children & find you the house you didn't know you wanted!<br>June, you set the standard that other estate agents should aspire to.<br>Thank you again!<br>Steph

8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)If I could give zero stars, I would.<br><br>Renting through Northwood has been one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences I've ever had. The biggest let-down by far was the maintenance department. Getting issues dealt with was an exhausting process, with poor communication, long delays, and very little urgency.<br><br>If you are a landlord paying extra for this maintenance service. If I were I would be concerned firstly how your tenants are being treated but secondly how your house is also being looked after. The way maintenance issues were handled throughout our tenancy reflected very poorly on the service being provided.<br><br>The end of the tenancy was just as disappointing. The checkout inspection was conveniently booked for the day after we had returned the keys, meaning we had no opportunity to attend or raise any concerns during the inspection.<br><br>Getting our deposit back then became a constant battle. Instead of a fair and straightforward process, my emails were ignored until I raised this with the TDS.<br><br>Throughout the tenancy, communication was poor, problems dragged on, and there was very little accountability from there side.<br><br>I genuinely can't recommend Northwood based on my experience. There are far better letting agents out there. Based on my experience I would never rent with Northwood again.

They gave us clear and practical advice, kept us informed throughout the process and responded promptly whenever we had a question.<br>Their support made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. We particularly appreciated the personal service, attention to detail and the care taken to find suitable tenants for the property. It was reassuring to know that everything was being handled efficiently and professionally.<br>I would happily recommend Parkers to other landlords looking for a reliable and supportive estate agent.

Any time an issue arise in the apartment, they acted immediately to resolve it. Moving out and getting my deposit back was also a completely smooth, stress-free process.

As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and needed plenty of guidance, and Frank was patient, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process.<br><br>His communication was outstanding - he was always on the ball, kept me updated every step of the way, and was always available to answer the phone whenever I needed him. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>What really stood out was how helpful he was in making sure I was fully prepared for moving into my new home. He took the time to ask the previous homeowners questions on my behalf, so I knew how everything in the property worked before moving in. They were extremely professional; with a genuine care for us as buyers, unlike some estate agents, they seem to really care! Jamie and Matt (owners) took time to regularly check in with us, made the process tick along smoothly, and have even followed up to see if we are doing well in our new home. They are extremely down to earth, and we found them honest and helpful.<br><br>Matt is extremely knowledgeable, a truly lovely bloke who is only too happy to offer helpful advice when you need it.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family, and will use them in the future for any other moves we may have.<br><br>Thank you to all of the team at Right Choice! I was able to book our viewing via WhatsApp and communicate throughout via WhatsApp, which was really handy given my busy schedule. Connor was proactive throughout, and we felt genuinely well looked after.<br><br>If and when we come to sell, we’ll certainly be using Who Property — and we’d recommend them to anyone selling, despite only being the buyer in this transaction. It was a refreshingly different experience compared to a high street chain agency!

He is proactive and incredibly responsive, finds solutions to any issues as they arise, and is very personable. He is a pleasure to work with and very clearly a cut above the rest.
