23rd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)As first-time buyers, we were quite nervous about viewing properties and starting the whole buying process, but David made the experience so enjoyable and stress-free from the very beginning.<br><br>He showed us around two flats and was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. We learned so much from him, and his honest, genuine advice really stood out. We absolutely loved one of the properties we viewed, but rather than rushing us into a decision, David encouraged us to keep looking at other options to make sure we find the perfect home for us. That level of care and professionalism meant a lot.<br><br>David made us feel comfortable, supported, and never under any pressure. He has been by far the best estate agent, and we can’t thank him enough for all of his help and guidance. I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties. 29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Cannot recommend Te Koop Estate Agents enough. I had moved back to England at the end of last year and was finding it hard to find a property to rent for myself and my son. I must of spoken to most other agents locally before finding Te Koop so I can honestly say they are by far the best to deal with in every way. Frank was so knowlegable and helpful that I was through referencing and into the property unbelievably quickly. He has been so easy to deal with and has made what was a difficult to navigate process with other agents absolutely seemless and easy to understand in every way.
