Although not the cheapest in terms of commission they seemed more professional than the competition. Since placing the business in their hands I have been extremely impressed by their work in relation to organising everything such as viewings and marketing and updating me at every stage. I have been most appreciative of the work undertaken by the whole team and in particular Lauren.

Their kindness and patience was amazing , Olivia sorted out great marketing and was always available for advice .We achieved a quick successful sale . I really could not recommend them enough . Their attitude with their clients is extremely commendable. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
15th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance. The communication was fantastic, by text and email, we were kept informed of everything by Lauren, our dedicated contact in the office. We're now looking forward to a smooth process through to the exchange of contracts. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Morfitt Smith, they have been so friendly, professional and efficient in what is potentially a stressful time, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

He is honest, trustworthy and reliable. Secondly, with Phil you'll get a very professional and personalised service - EweMove also charge very competitive rates, so you will do well to find an all-round better package than this (I don't think you will) I'm a perfectionist who can find fault in most things, but I couldn't fault Phil. My house was sold and a memorandum of sale issued to all parties in ONE week. In addition, I was not living at the property or in the area at the time of sale. Phil went above and beyond meeting surveyors at the property and also the buyer to measure up for furniture. Absolute first-class service from start to finish. Do yourself a favour and avoid the usual high street chains and give Phil a call. It's literally like having a trusted friend sell your house for you. Thank you Phil !! ????????????

He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!

He explained very clearly what he would do and how I would be allocated to a particular agent so only dealt with one person out of their team at all times. I loved the fact they had something called the property hub which was a link I could go on to see exactly who was viewing the house, their feedback and any offers made. I was amazed how quickly they managed to sell the house without even putting a for sale board up. Would highly recommend
