Our move took an extremely long time to progress due to the solicitors, but Mel was always happy to help push things along and chase down answers. Mel kept us informed and did everything possible to get everything sorted. She was always a pleasure to speak to and was instrumental in finally getting everything over the line. Thanks Mel!

Everyone in the Hillsborough office was lovely and answered all the questions we had about the process. In particular Harrison who showed us around the property and kept checking in during the process to make sure everything was going alright and to give us updates. Highly recommend Reeds Rains for a professional but friendly experience when renting a property!

22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Chose Blundells out of a plethora of Estste Agents in Chapeltown. They all do the same. 6 and a half months later we moved! None of it Blundells fault so they well and truly earned their fee. Thanks again, you put up with so much in those months. Would definitely choose again... Kerry, Dean and Olivia have been amazing from start to finish! As first time buyers with a fair few challenges (solicitors going into administration 3 weeks before completion)they were at the end of the phone for each and every breakdown I had along the way! I could write reasons all day why they have been so fantastic! customer support is second to none! nothing is too much trouble, they went above and beyond in every way possible! They deserve all the recognition in the world and we will be forever grateful! THANK YOU! ??

1st May 2026 (8 days ago)I cannot recommend Haybrooks highly enough. All the staff are so friendly, professional and helpful. They arranged many viewings for me and carried these out as I wasn't able to show potential buyers round myself. I was amazed by how many viewings they arranged. They found me so many potential buyers! I was equally impressed with the marketing of my property. I was very happy with the price I got and this was guided by them. I was given regular updates and good advice when needed. After a sale was agreed I had a lot of contact with Tallulah, the Sales Progressor. What a delight she was to work with! She did a fantastic job pushing the sale along and I am so grateful to her for her sound advice and help. Tallulah liaised with my solicitor and the buyer's solicitor and she was instrumental in securing a speedy sale. Thank you to everyone at Haybrooks. It has been a pleasure working with you.

7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.

We did therefore instruct them to handle the recent sale of one of our properties. Again, there were no major problems, and the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. Stacy was especially good, chasing solicitors and keeping us always informed as to where things were. We would not hesitatate to use them again.

20th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)We contacted this estate agency back in 2024 when we were looking to buy our first home, mainly because of their strong reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was very different. From the first phone call, the tone seemed to change once the agent heard our accents. The conversation felt quite dismissive and uncomfortable, which wasn’t what we expected at all. When it came to the viewing, things didn’t improve. We arrived before other viewers but were told otherwise without any clear explanation, which didn’t feel right. During the viewing itself, the agent didn’t really engage with us or guide us through the property. Instead, she spent most of the time talking to the person living there (possibly the tenant), who ended up showing us around and checking in on us. They were far more helpful and welcoming than the agent. Overall, we left feeling like we weren’t treated with the same level of attention or fairness. It was disappointing, especially as first-time buyers, and the experience didn’t match the impression given by the reviews. The difference in attitude from the initial call to the viewing also raised concerns about how some clients are treated. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to more consistent and respectful treatment for everyone.

He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!

Despite not being their client for selling our own property, Lisa went above and beyond to support my family during an exceptionally difficult conveyancing process in order to help not just me but her own vendors complete the chain. Incredibly efficient and clear communication, problem solving and honesty - which is all you can ask for. I would also like to thank her lovely colleagues for their roles in the process too, Emily & Will. An incredibly warm and welcoming team and it was great to meet them when picking up our keys yesterday.
