Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Exceptional photography of the property and presentation in advertising. Follow up at every stage by Claire was faultless, explaining what was going on and swiftly answering my questions.

The whole journey was flawless from the very first day right through to us walking through the door of our new home.<br><br>We owe so much to every single member of the Evans Bros team who was involved in our purchase — you were all absolutely wonderful. And we must give the biggest thanks to Angharad in particular, who was our absolute rock throughout.<br><br>When our first sale fell through, we were heartbroken — but Angharad and the team never gave up on us. She spoke tirelessly with the sellers, fought our corner, and secured us a precious two?week extension before they would have put the house back on the market. I have changed my estate agent- 7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)First off I fell for the “we have buyers wanting properties like yours”. They never materialised. Secondly when we asked for feedback on the few viewings we had we were told they couldn’t be contacted. I think all they did was stick it on Right Move and that was that. On occasions we walked down the high street we noticed the property wasn’t in the window. Lastly the phones at times were not working, not getting answered, not good if you are wanting to arrange a viewing. I would not recommend John Francis to any one.

22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)For clarity, our experience was with Enfields Luxe in 2025, before the business transferred from Enfields Leeds Ltd to Enfields North Ltd. The business has since continued under the same name and management.<br><br>We paid Enfields premium fees for a service we largely ended up managing ourselves.<br><br>Only after signing were we told they didn’t conduct evening viewings, with very limited weekend availability. Consequently, we conducted the majority of viewings ourselves.<br><br>Communication and sales progression were consistently poor. Even our buyer resorted to contacting us directly for updates.<br><br>Enfields initially rejected our formal complaint. Following nearly 11 months with The Property Ombudsman, whose adjudicator indicated our complaints regarding viewings and communication were likely to be upheld, Enfields North agreed to a £350 settlement.<br><br>They subsequently described this as a “gesture of goodwill”.<br><br>I would not recommend Enfields.
