During what can be sometimes be a difficult process to navigate, I always felt like I knew where I stood due to her clear and proactive communication. Overall a very positive experience, with a timeline of 8 weeks from offer accepted to completion.

Annaliese Bimpong has recently taken over and has done a brilliant job of dealing with the issues that were left behind and liaising with the tenant.

4th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. They were very good communicators, and have invaluable experience in keeping the pressure on when the process starts to lag. A real highlight of their work was when our initial buyer dropped out they managed to arrange a new buyer within 24hrs, lifesavers!!

She was attentive without being excessively pushy and felt I could be honest with my feedback which was very refreshing! If all agents were like Aicha, it would definitely ease the process. Superb staff, great comms, I never felt pressured, and when the day comes to sell I'll be coming back to them.

The team also helped to find out tenants and completed necessary paper work very quickly, which was also helpful. This agency is friendly, responsible and informative to handle customers’ needs.

My sale was quite complex, with delays and hold ups in the chain that were outside our control, but the team went above and beyond to keep things moving. They handled everything with professionalism, urgency and a personal touch that I really appreciated.<br><br>Communication was excellent. Whenever I had a question, someone was there to answer, and I always felt confident they were working hard behind the scenes.
