Nerea Rodríguez was especially helpful in the search phase and played an important role in helping us find the right property. The team stayed engaged throughout the process and supported us during the purchase. Communication could sometimes be quite frequent, but we appreciated their commitment to moving things forward and completing the transaction smoothly.

Despite not finding a flat on this occasion due to various reasons, Jed offered lots of professional advice throughout and showed us some really great and suitable flats. Our sale took nearly a year and had its challenges, but they stayed patient, proactive and kept everything moving. Communication was always clear and professional. In the end, they got it over the line and we’re really grateful for their hard work. Highly recommend. Cheers guys!
3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Aviod!!!!! Checkin all good, but the property management team is useless. We had a moulding dishwasher and takes weeks to get it fixed (by us contacting the provider). 16th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)Very impressed and grateful to Richard Harding estate agents who managed the sale of our property. We spoke to several other agents known for their premium listings and wider geographical reach, but ultimately chose Richard Harding for several reasons. Firstly, we were keen for a prompt off market sale but not at the cost of compromising the sale price - their extensive list and knowledge of existing potential buyers (which far exceeded that of the other agents) meant they were able to identify genuine, suitable and proceedable buyers, ultimately meaning we had a very good offer within a week that proceeded to completion. Secondly, we agreed small sales team to conduct viewings, all of whom had visited the property before it was marketed and were familiar with all the fittings, selling points and nuances to give the property the best chance of a sale. Having secured a buyer, I was also very impressed with the proactive approach to move the sale process along and to smoothly manage the inevitable blips along the way. Huge credit to Ben Murray-Brown, who was handling our sale on behalf of Richard Harding, who was relentlessly efficient, kept me updated throughout, is an excellent read of character (very important when ensuring everyone on all sides of the sales process is on the same page) and was a pleasure to work with. In respect of my onward property purchase, Ben was also excellent at translating my 'on paper' requirements into worthwhile viewings, and was an honest and helpful sounding board when considering pros, cons and development ideas.

23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Very disappointing experience with this agency. Communication from their representative, Josh, was unnecessarily argumentative and lacked professionalism. Reasonable requests regarding suitable viewing times were inaccurately presented as a refusal. As a tenant, I remained cooperative, yet the tone and approach taken made the process stressful and uncomfortable. Professionalism and respectful communication should be standard practice in any property agency. However, he was lack of them. In this case, Josh clearly fell short of these standards. In contrast, my communication with Jena was professional, polite, and respectful. She arranged viewings appropriately and approached matters in a courteous manner, which made cooperation much easier. Professional and respectful communication makes a significant difference, and I hope this agency ensures consistency across its team. Update in response to the agency’s reply: I stand by my review, as it reflects my genuine experience. I have retained screenshots of the communication between Joshua and myself, including responses that I found dismissive and unprofessional, such as the use of a laughing emoji when I mentioned raising a complaint. This understandably gave the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. For clarity, two viewings were successfully conducted at the property with my agreement. This clearly demonstrates that I was cooperative and did not refuse access. As a working tenant, I simply requested reasonable availability within my schedule, which is entirely within my legal rights. Leaving a review on Google is also my right as a consumer when I feel my experience does not reflect the standards described in your response. Should the matter require independent review, I am comfortable referring it to The Property Ombudsman so that an impartial assessment can determine whether the communication met appropriate professional standards. I remain willing to cooperate within reasonable and respectful boundaries. However, I do not wish to continue communication with Joshua and request that future arrangements are handled by another respectful representative.

18th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Scam Artists.<br>I tried to purchase a property which was a hybrid auction, modern sale. The estate agents at Foxtons promised me that the way the system works is that the first buyer who is ready to purchase gets to buy the property. On the basis of this I paid for a lawyer £1200. I waited three months and I was ready to purchase but the buyer was not ready to sell, they had an issue evicting the tenant. I was kept on the line while Foxtons sold the property to another buyer. Foxtons had assured me that they would keep me informed about any other interest- They did not. The first I heard about the other buyer was when they exchanged on the property. This was also a bare faced lie.<br><br>They lied to me about the way the hybrid sale works and as a result I lost the legal fees and 6 months of my search (I had to start again from scratch).<br>They are scam artists to be avoided at all costs.

With no other estate agency would you get such senior members of staff doing the viewings themselves. In the past I’ve had viewings with recent graduates who are new to the market- with Bhoday you are in much safer hands
