I spoke to him, viewed the property, and everything was completed within the same day. Paperwork sorted and agreements signed. I honestly couldn’t believe how smooth it was. Even when he was put in an uncomfortable situation, through no fault of his own, he handled it extremely professionally, which helped me feel comfortable as well. A real credit to his role. 4th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)We had to find a new rental place in Forest Hill at fairly short notice, and Emma at Hamptons Dulwich was a huge help throughout the process. She was warm, encouraging, and genuinely reassuring at what could have been a pretty stressful time. Communication was quick and clear, and she was always responsive and happy to offer advice along the way. Dealing with the team was easy and straightforward from start to finish. Thanks to Emma, we ended up in the perfect rental place and couldn’t be more grateful. Would happily recommend Hamptons Dulwich to anyone looking to rent in the area.

All of the team were fantastically supportive, and Tate in particular went the extra mile to make the process as smooth as it could have been under the circumstances. They handled viewings really well and helped us to secure an offer that matched our expectations. They did their very best to expedite the sale, and ensured we were fully informed at all times. I’ve absolutely no hesitation in recommending KFH Forest Hill.

Our sale took nearly a year and had its challenges, but they stayed patient, proactive and kept everything moving. Communication was always clear and professional. He was very accommodating in arranging viewings matching my availability and followed up my inquiry quickly. Submitting an offer to purchase was straightforward. All communicatio were prompt, which frankly is what matters the most to me. I can't speak for selling a property, but fir buying I can certainly recommend this branch.

5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)After months of very frustrating house hunting experiences with numerous estate agents in south London, we viewed and offered on a house listed with Bryan and Keegan. Jamie Dalton was the agent who managed our purchase. Jamie was exceptional from start to completion. He was the most proactive, efficient agent. He helped us navigate a couple of tricky aspects with the sellers with great diplomacy. He supported them in obtaining documents from the council and in responding to our concerns from the survey. He was an excellent communicator who promptly replied to emails and calls and liaised well with our solicitor. He let nothing slip. Jamie was also very pleasant to deal with. Clearly, he has a wealth of experience and skills and was very committed to the process. I highly recommend him and his agency.

The amount of work behind the scenes to keep everything on track was immense, and their persistence truly made the difference. What stood out most was the additional support they provided by sharing insights and promoting through social media, which was invaluable during such a difficult market. I used Marsh & Parsons to buy a flat and my main contact was Aicha - she was fantastic, really pleasant to deal with and very understanding of my position as a first time buyer. I felt supported throughout the purchase and was really happy with the standard of service I received. I also want to mention Guy, who was also great and very genuine. Marsh & Parsons made quite a challenging and complicated process feel easier and I am very thankful for that!

Sales progression then drove the sale by keeping up communication with our buyers, smoothing the way which resulted in a sale within 3 months. Overall a professional and highly recommended service, thank you so much.
28th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Fuse box was burning and nothing was done after reporting several times, had to call fire brigade 2 days later, whereby they confirmed it was still a massive fire risk (Truepennys did not act when 15 people’s lives were at risk due to a serious fire hazard). I was put in a temporary room with no power, light, heating during cold temperatures outside (I was freezing - -1 degrees outside) - and instead of helping they ceased to act on my behalf, and cancelled the contract. This left me with no one to communicate with, as they refused to speak to me on the phone from thereon after. I was left in a flat with no power and me and my girlfriend had to sleep at a friend’s house, as it did not seem safe but TruePennys didn’t care. The directors refused to speak to me after agreeing to call me back 5 times - truly shameful and Truepennys should be really disappointed with how they treat people. They never reply on emails or on the phone. They are now refusing to release my security deposit and ignoring emails. This along with mice issues, bathroom smells and dodgy fridges and ovens which were reported for the entirety of our tenancy and nothing was done. However, not responding to a life threatening incident is disgusting by all accounts.
