2nd Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Stamfords were excellent when we were looking at a property they had listed for sale. Neena was very helpful in arranging the times when we could do a viewing to suit us, and allowed time to look around at our own pace. She was extremely professional, polite and friendly throughout, answering questions and queries without pushing or putting us under pressure. After a second viewing, we decided that the property was not going to be right for us, but that was nothing to do with the experience with Stamfords. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would be very happy to use them again.

31st Jul 2026 (24 days ago)We honestly couldn't have asked for a better estate agent to guide us through both the sale of our apartment and the purchase of our new family home.<br><br>It certainly wasn't the most straightforward sale and purchase, with plenty of challenges along the way, but from start to finish the whole team was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive.<br><br>A special thank you has to go to Aaron, who was our main point of contact throughout. He was absolutely outstanding.<br>His communication was excellent, he was always available to answer our questions, he kept us updated every step of the way and was proactive in chasing things whenever progress stalled. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his calm, reassuring approach made a huge difference during what could have been a very stressful process.<br><br>We are absolutely delighted with our new home and so grateful for everything Aaron and the team did to help us get here. I tried to use a previous estate agent but found them to be uncommunicative, obstructive and economical with the truth. Jackson O'Rourke are the complete opposite. Special mention must go to Andre Silva who went above and beyond to sell my property. I will be recommending them to everyone!

31st Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)We were extremely impressed selling our house through Bovingdons this summer, in a difficult market they were persistent, very polite and great communicators. Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
10th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

We viewed a few and she was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. In the end I got a property through another agent but Jess was such a standout experience that I thought it worth writing her this review!
