22nd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I have worked with many letting agencies, but this was the best one so far. From the start of the tenancy to moving out, everything was seamless. Telmo and Steve were wonderful throughout the entire year. Whether it was a maintenance issue or any fault in the property, they resolved it as quickly as possible. If you are considering choosing this agency, I would highly recommend them without any second thoughts.
5th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)My wife and I had the pleasure of engaging Sam Tomlinson as our selling agent for our property in Maidenhead, Berkshire, United Kingdom. Before we engaged Sam, we had sought out many other realtors in the area - even some of the big national brands. Unfortunately, the majority of them were unprofessional & tardy and there were some even to point of non responsiveness and or over commitments that simply were not attainable. From the time we first engaged Sam right until to the point when we closed the sale of the house, Sam exemplified expertise and professionalism to the core. The entire selling process went so smoothly despite Sam being in Maidenhead in the UK, and my wife and I were between California and Dubai. All our meetings were professional and highly productive albeit they being virtual. Sam was extremely courteous, highly responsive and very knowledgeable and advised us every step of the way. Despite Sam having to be away for a week, all matters pertaining to the sale was handled by another colleague without any disruption to the selling process. Sam’s professional advise on the indicative selling price, to his recommendations for re painting our house to fixing the electrical fixtures all led to a quick sale of our property at our expected selling price. We sold the house within less than a month of open viewings and closed the transaction within 2 months. The amazing this was this was all accomplished in an era where house prices were dropping and interest rates skyrocketing. Therefore it gives me great pleasure in recommending Sam Tomlinson and the good folks at Braxton for any real estate services in Maidenhead. Braxtons and Sam has my utmost confidence!

We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process. Also, we must mention Julia, who too is very prompt and with a positive attitude, ready to sort necessary things out! They gave us clear and practical advice, kept us informed throughout the process and responded promptly whenever we had a question.<br>Their support made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. We particularly appreciated the personal service, attention to detail and the care taken to find suitable tenants for the property. Whilst there are always hurdles with house buying and selling, the team, and especially Ben, were always on hand to help flatten them out!<br>Communication was excellent, and I always felt confident that they were on top of things, which gave us 100% assurance that things were always in hand.<br>I'd have no hesitation in using them again, or recommending them to anyone considering a house sale or purchase!

I tried to use a previous estate agent but found them to be uncommunicative, obstructive and economical with the truth. Jackson O'Rourke are the complete opposite. Special mention must go to Andre Silva who went above and beyond to sell my property. I will be recommending them to everyone!

No question was ever too much, and they really felt like allies in what can be quite a lengthy and stressful process. We couldn't recommend them more highly.- 7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I contacted Matt Davies to view a property in mid May. After making an offer that was accepted, Matt was instrumental in liaising with the property owner for access to the property before completion in order to complete renovation works. He communicated well, responded to requests in a timely manner and nothing was too much trouble. And he answered his phone when I rang. We moved in on July 29th and couldn't have done it without his help.<br><br>I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Knight Frank in Henley if you're buying or selling property in this area.

Stuart was super helpful when it came to us buying our family home in Windsor, with a great amount of knowledge and support - especially as we were buying a house with a big future renovation project in mind. We then decided to use them again to rent the property out for a short time before we moved in ourselves, and we had Adele looking after the property, who was fantastic throughout. She was always so quick to reply to emails when we needed anything, and even at the end of the tenancy when we had a few potential issues with the tenants moving out, she dealt with everything brilliantly! Would certainly recommend Lawsons for any housing needs. Thanks to the whole team.

I was able to book our viewing via WhatsApp and communicate throughout via WhatsApp, which was really handy given my busy schedule. Connor was proactive throughout, and we felt genuinely well looked after.<br><br>If and when we come to sell, we’ll certainly be using Who Property — and we’d recommend them to anyone selling, despite only being the buyer in this transaction. It was a refreshingly different experience compared to a high street chain agency!
