Their side of the house purchase process went very smoothly, and were always available for a phone call if I felt something needed to be discussed. Everyone I met from Paxtons was very proactive, helpful, and personable.

Ellie Glass was my primary contact although everyone in the office was involved in some way or other.<br>The sale proved to be very difficult and protracted with many obstacles.<br>Throughout the sale Ellie was constantly in touch with calls or emails and worked exceptionally hard with the chain to help the sale along. He made the process so easy and stress free, even jumping on a long distance call while we were in the US to get the ball rolling on our mortgage application. Couldn't fault his service and would recommend him to everyone!

Selling a house can be stressful but at every stage we received guidance, support and clarity. No hesitation in recommending them to you in the highest possible terms
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)In 3 months Connells gave confusing information about viewings, went weeks without a single viewing, claimed the house was not competitive with similar properties, feedback from viewers had to be dragged out of them never offered. Then having not secured a single offer said the only way to sell the property would be to go to auction!

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.- 15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Selling your home and biggest asset is such a rollercoaster of emotions that it really helps to have estate agents who you can trust.<br><br>I found the Kingstons team at Melksham to be thoroughly professional, knowledgable, and realistic (but never pessimistic -even when I felt a bit frustrated) about the market. They also grasped my individual circumstances and what my priorities were in terms speed of sale, price and so on.<br><br>I had complete confidence in Charlotte conducting viewings, Izzy was always on the ball with updates and following up queries, and Callum helpfully stepped in to negotiate price.<br><br>Communication was consistently great. No matter who picked up the phone when I rang the branch, they were up to date on status of my property. And even though mine was a one-bed flat, I never felt 'bottom of the pile'.<br><br>I personally didn't fancy researching local conveyancing solicitors so also asked them for suggestions (which they gave without a hint of a sales pitch) and chose a firm they had worked with a lot and who also turned out to be great (albeit not the cheapest option, but my priority was less stress and valuing speed and efficiency)<br><br>Overall, an excellent service from a very approachable and effective team. Thank you.

He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and also happens to be one of the nicest people in the business.<br><br>I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chris for nearly 10 years, and throughout that time he has always been an absolute pleasure to work with. His professionalism, knowledge and genuine care for his clients really set him apart.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone i know looking to buy or sell a home!

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.
