We're first time sellers, so we were grateful for their extra guidance especially during a turbulent housing market. After a slow-ish start (mainly due to factors outside of our control), HF secured us a final offer we were really happy with. For various reasons we've decided not to sell yet, but look forward to working with them again next spring.

2nd May 2023 (3 years ago)Very pleasant, friendly and well presented and punctual agents but lacked experience which I felt contributed to poor marketing and incorrect information being passed on to prospective buyers. Communication could also have been better.

Ollie offered clear answers, prompt updates, and genuine advice. He chased solicitors and coordinated tradespeople when needed- keeping things moving quickly and smoothly. He's a fantastic communicator and great representative of the Hunter French team. We would happily trust Ollie to handle any future sales or purchases on our behalf.... Their support and thoughtful communication made a difficult process feel much more manageable. Their professionalism was equally impressive. The property was sold to the first viewers, which speaks volumes about their expertise, preparation and approach. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sam and Russell to anyone. 25th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had a really positive experience buying my house through Wentworth. The entire team were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout, always quick and efficient in responding to questions and keeping things moving. They stayed on top of developments across the whole chain, which made the process much less stressful. They also gave really useful recommendations for contractors and specialists for bits that came up in the survey. Would definitely recommend!

30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I don't understand why you phoned me and took all my information, only to still ask me to call you to book a viewing because you can't be bothered to check your emails. I specifically told you to auto-book me for a viewing if a property becomes available. Within five minutes of me getting a notification about a property, it's already gone. It seems like viewings were pre-booked. Also, I can see that you reported this as a fake review to Google. You have no shame in lying. You must be dreaming if you think this review will disappear.

29th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)I worked with Paul Appleby and he handled the viewings etc all himself, I was concerned as i was relocating from Wiltshire back to Cornwall after a death in the family and was moving to Cornwall prior to the sale of my house in Wiltshire. This time was already stressful enough however Paul checked in on the house even after we had an offer and kept me informed along the way. This was more like dealing with a family member that I had known years than someone I had only met recently. The whole transaction has been smooth and I am due to complete next week, just over 9 weeks from offer.

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.
