23rd Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)Alice and Sarah supported us through our moving process, which was a longer time period than usual due to work on the property being done. Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. Would highly recommend to new or young renters as they always seem happy to help.

From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, positive and understanding - something that truly set them apart from what people often expect of estate agents. They approached everything with such sensitivity, recognising that this wasn’t just a sale, but something tied to a bereavement. Their support and thoughtful communication made a difficult process feel much more manageable. Their professionalism was equally impressive. The property was sold to the first viewers, which speaks volumes about their expertise, preparation and approach. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sam and Russell to anyone. Her warmth and professionalism set a lovely tone from the very first conversation, giving us real confidence in the process from day one.<br><br>The sales progression team were equally impressive, especially Carol Reid, who kept everything moving with real efficiency and care. Communication was excellent throughout, and thanks to their efforts our transaction completed quickly and smoothly, with none of the usual conveyancing stress.<br><br>Highly recommend Blount and Maslin — a genuinely lovely, professional team.

She took the time to produce a lovely description of my house rather than the generic jargon used and James took some wonderful photos. As the house had been in the family for many years and was where myself and my brother grew up, along with my children having spent their childhood here also, it was an especially emotional sale for all of us. Christian made a very difficult time so much easier with his patience, understanding, and support throughout the whole process. He always kept us updated, nothing was ever too much trouble, and we truly felt we could trust him every step of the way. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares.

They kept me informed regularly throughout the selling process. The house was under offer in a week! Fabulous service couldn't be happier with my choice of agent. Best in the Cotswolds area. I also used Hunter French for a renting agent. Again I couldn't fault the service they gave me. A company that really cares about its clients. Thanks everyone.

30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)My wife and I were visiting the Malmsbury area visiting friends when we became aware of a house for sale in Hullavington village which was of interest for us. This was at 1230 on the day we were due to return home to Cornwall. I immediately telephoned the Strakers office in Malmesbury to enquire whether there was any possibility of a viewing. Winnie took my call, and after a few minutes whilst she checked with the vendors whether a short-notice visit would be ok, she confirmed an appointment for 3 pm later that afternoon. Although the property didn't quite match up to our requirements just having the opportunity to have a viewing without having to make a return trip from Cornwall was extremely helpful. Thank you Winnie.

My property actually sold before it went to market as Lauren knew of someone who wanted to buy in my area. I have been so impressed from start to finish.
