23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)I honestly can’t thank Adam enough for everything he did during my move.<br><br>As a single woman with severe disabilities selling a house on my own, I was genuinely very scared and worried about the whole process and how I was going to manage everything. From the very start, Adam was incredibly warm and made me feel like I wasn’t facing it all alone. He went above and beyond to help me in ways I would never have expected from an estate agent.<br><br>Before the photos were taken, Adam even got stuck in and helped me make sure the house looked its absolute best, from hoovering to helping with the little finishing touches. Because of my disabilities, there were things I simply couldn’t manage myself, so having him step in without hesitation and help in such a practical and thoughtful way meant more to me than he probably ever realised.<br><br>Once we found a buyer, things became pretty stressful with the chain and there always seemed to be some new uncertainty. Adam was there the whole way through, keeping me updated, reassuring me when I was worried and chasing solicitors whenever things needed pushing. He was always happy to talk to me on the phone, even during the times when I was calling a lot because I was worried or anxious about what was happening. He never made me feel like I was a nuisance and was incredibly patient, kind and reassuring.<br><br>When the stress of the move became overwhelming and made me very unwell, Adam was genuinely so supportive and understanding. Every time there was paperwork or documents that needed dealing with, he would come round to help me complete them and make sure they were sent to the right people. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for him.<br><br>The move genuinely wouldn’t have happened without him. Then, the day before completion, he came back one last time to help hoover again so the house was ready for the new owners. That’s the kind of care and service you just don’t expect these days.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares about the person behind the sale and will do everything he can to get your move over the finish line, I couldn’t recommend Adam at Fox & Sons highly enough. I’ll always be incredibly grateful for everything he did for me.

Brian and his team were fantastic throughout the entire process and were instrumental in making this happen. When viewing there was no pressure selling, no rushing, and answered all our questions fully and honestly. There were a few bits that needed doing, some done before we moved in and the rest whilst tenants, very happy with the results. When completing all relevant checks and paperwork this was as seamless as could be. Really good at communicating throughout. Thank you very much. We would highly recommend Clear Residential Lettings.

17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Rented with this agency, very unprofessional and extremely pushy to manipulate you into renting their properties. Cut a significant portion of my deposit for small things such as a single strand of hair on the kitchen floor. Nobody here take accountability and they will instead always have a snarky comeback for you. Lease with anyone but The Home Agency!

Sale board and listing removed without my knowledge or consent. If i could claim my money back i would but they wont respond to any emails letters or Complaints

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)After searching a long time for the perfect property, I contacted VC Estates to enquire about a house I had seen listed with them, they invited me into office within the hour to view not one but two properties they had listed, that matched our criteria. Within 24 hours of viewing the first property recommendation, David had our offer accepted. The communication with David, Alison and Ben has been amazing- It's very hard to come by such accommodating, genuine agents, who truly go above and beyond for their customers. If ever we come to sell our current purchase we would definitely choose VC Estates over any other estate agent.

They supported us every step of the way and the home they have built and sold to us is fantastic.<br><br>What has impressed us most, though, is that their support hasn’t stopped now that the purchase is complete. They have continued to help us with various things around the house, which really shows how much they care about providing a great service even after the sale.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Regal and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.
