The whole let’s rent team was consistently accessible via phone and email, and were always helpful even when I had millions of questions! Bonus points for the welcome package with coffee and tea we got when we moved in :)

He knows his property in and out, whichever in his radar. He was quite helpful and approachable throughout the whole process. Either you buy or rent, you will find him rightly advise and guide you. Helen was knowledgeable, helpful and professional in arranging the valuation, photos and listing. Nick battled to ensure that I got the best possible price whilst keeping a realistic approach and guiding me through the process. Lucy was tirelessly upbeat in her guidance and understanding as liaison between myself and the sellers to ensure the sale went through as smoothly as possible.<br><br>It's not only worth using Manns and Manns for the team involved, but also for their network of recommendations for contractors to deal with the myriad of issues, needs and requirements for selling a home. I cannot recommend them highly enough
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)We are a couple in our mid-70s and were selling our property to move nearer our family away from Southampton via Field Palmer, Shirley. Throughout the process we were coming up against obstacles which we weren't able to rectify. Keiran and Megan from the Shirley office were only too glad to offer assistance and we only had to phone the office and they helped each time. Without their help we might have given up selling our property. We would have been lost without them. If they didn't know the answer to our problems they didn't stop searching until they found the answer. We have now nearly reached completion and so glad we picked Field Palmer to sell our property. Thank you to Field Palmer, Shirley especially Keiran and Megan. If we ever need an Estate Agent again (hopefully we won't) we would use them again in a flash. Would higher recommend the Shirley office, Thank you Keiran and Megan.

20th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)iF you want to get screwed this the place kulbir will lie to you all the time we have been told we would get our deposit back after speaking to the land lords wife she said they wont even return her calls KULBIR TOLD US EVERY THING SHE WAS GOING TO DO FOR US THEN WHEN WE MOVED OUT SHE TURN IN TO THE DRAGON LADY LYING .ALL THAT COMES OUT HE MOUTH IS BULL CRAP

23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Held off writing a review until my former housemate had moved out, but between us we were there 2019-2026.<br><br>Phill is a very difficult person to deal with. It is upsetting to be bullied as an adult, and fortunately he is my only experience of it, but I had a very unpleasant time with the HA.<br><br>We would discuss directly with the landlord instead, which fortunately worked for us. But then makes you wonder why even have a letting agency in the mix.<br><br>As a landlady myself now, I would not go anywhere near the HA given my experience on the other end.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

They were upfront with costs etc and explained all we needed to know about selling our property. The staff in the office are extremely friendly and approachable and we always got to speak to someone when we needed to. We would highly recommend, a good experience throughout.
