I was initially hesitant to pay the "premium" price for KFH vs their competitors in Tooting and also felt my flat might sell itself. However, I now recommend KFH to everyone. Their support throughout the sale process was a weight off my mind and I truly believe they helped us get to exchange.

13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I can’t recommend Tyler Millard and the team at Winkworth Streatham highly enough.<br><br>My flat went on the market in July 2025, and what became a much longer and more complicated selling journey than expected was made far easier by Tyler. I had three separate buyers, with onward-chain complications causing delays and lost sales, but throughout it all Tyler was absolutely brilliant.<br><br>His communication was consistently excellent. He kept me informed at every stage, was conscientious and punctual, and worked proactively to find new buyers whenever things didn’t go to plan. This was especially valuable when I found properties I wanted to offer on myself, as Tyler and the team worked hard to keep everything moving.<br><br>What really sets Tyler apart is his approach. He’s personable, enthusiastic, easy to talk to and has gumption. He understood my property, the buyers it would appeal to and what I was looking for in my onward purchase. When showing me properties, he listened carefully and never wasted my time.<br><br>Despite the length of the process, Tyler made what could have been a stressful experience feel surprisingly enjoyable. He combines professionalism and determination with a genuinely friendly, human approach, which makes a real difference.<br><br>The whole team at Winkworth Streatham have been fantastic, and it’s been a pleasure working with them. 29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)I have had so many ongoing issues at my house, a broken washing machine since MARCH with countless calls, emails and people coming to “evaluate” or “fix” the issue (it just needs to be replaced!!), people either quit so the comms is lost then the conversation starts all over again (average reply time 5 weeks) or things are lost and not followed up. I will never rent a house through marsh and parsons again. They promise they will call you back and they never do. Have thoroughly documented the condition of my property as I don’t feel confident they won’t try (or even know) what to deduct from my deposit when I eventually leave. So disappointing as I love my house but they’re completely incompetent

They were very good communicators, and have invaluable experience in keeping the pressure on when the process starts to lag. 18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)In a class of their own. I have dealt with lots of estate agents over the years and I have never come across an outfit so organised, friendly and efficient. We sold our flat through them and from the 1st interaction it was a different experience. They provided helpful information every step of the way, they returned phonecalls and they stayed involved right up to the end of the process. They did what they said would do at the start, all the way through and took the stress out the process. Lewis and Bryony and Tabby were all brilliant. It made me wonder why others don't do the same thing ??????

As a first-time buyer, I found her service exceptional. She is truly looking out for my best interests rather than just trying to close a deal. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy broker! Also the whole team has been very kind and helpful in my search.

Shaz was fantastic from beginning to end in the process.<br><br>He was proactive in communicating any issues or where myself of the seller needed to chase our solicitors. As well as providing advice through the entire process.<br><br>Brooks, and in particular Shaz, were the best part of the buying process and we would not have exchanged and completed at the speed at which we did without his work. Again could not recommend these Estate Agents more.

The team are responsive, helpful and supportive, particularly Danielle and Dotty, for whom nothing is too much trouble. The invoicing could be clearer, but everything balances correctly. We would highly recommend their services.

Now they have sent me through a video via WhatsApp (after asking to be unsubscribed via the website when we found a place), and it still doesn’t meet the requirements I gave them.
