It is very likely that the sale would have fallen through were it not for the Estate Agents and Sales Progression team, who have been fantastic throughout. Danielle in particular has been outstanding. She has been persistent, flagged potential risks earlier, and been exceptional at keeping us up to date. It has made all the difference working with such an empathetic and hard working person who has helped us get over the line after 16 months. Could not recommend Move Revolution enough.

Throughout what can be a stressful process, he was consistently professional, hardworking, and utterly committed to getting the sale over the line.<br><br>One thing that stood out was how easy he was to reach. In our experience, good communication can make all the difference, and Edward delivered on that front every time. On the occasions when he wasn’t available, his colleagues stepped in seamlessly — helpful, understanding, and clearly working as a team rather than in silos.<br><br>We would have no hesitation in recommending Edward and the wider Knight Frank team to anyone looking to sell their property. A genuinely excellent experience.

We were relocating back to the UK which made communication a little trickier. rose was extremely proactive in supporting us and presenting highly suitable options to consider. Communication was great throughout the process and Rose was great at working around time zones. Ultimately, we secured an ideal property in a tight timeframe. I would highly recommend Rose and Hamptons to anyone looking for a new home.

They have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole selling process run smoothly with less stress. Dee was an immense help and was always available to solve issues and queries and I would happily recommend them to all.

What really stood out was the genuine interest she took in understanding not just what I’m looking for now, but also my future requirements too. This is something I didn’t get from other estate agents (not Freeman Forman)<br><br>She was positive, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping me find the right property.

They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. I work on the 12th December 2025.the day we moved into Property without any stress because of lady Louise and Andrews Property Group perfect and professional job.we are forever grateful.

From the moment she answered the phone, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me.<br><br>Mia asked thoughtful questions that no other agent had asked, and she raised points I hadn’t even considered. Her knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. What impressed me most was how much she seemed to care about us as potential vendors, rather than simply treating it as another enquiry.<br><br>On the same day, I spoke with six other estate agents, and not one of them came close to providing the level of service, interest, and personal attention that Mia did. She made me feel valued and listened to, which meant a great deal.<br><br>We are still considering whether to sell our home, but if we do decide to move forward, I would definitely consider using Leaders—especially if Mia could be our representative.<br><br>A huge thank you to Mia for such an outstanding first impression. She is a real credit to Leaders.

Despite the difficult market conditions for sellers right now, Lauren has an absolute knack for selling properties quickly and even off-market, for a great price, before other agents would have even got going. As someone that has worked in the property industry for 20 years, I have been shocked at how quickly she sold our property, as well as the great sale price she achieved, for not only us but also one of our neighbours in a seperate sale. I really didn't think traditional high street agencies could or would be so creative and work to such a high level but Lauren clearly brings skills that she has acquired from other industries and uses them to full effect when placing buyers with properties. The result... she knocks socks off. And Despite being a killer saleswoman, you wouldn't know it from speaking with her, she's super nice, quick to build trust and confidence and doesn't cut corners later with the after sales/sales progression like a lot of top sellers often do. I've already told her, not only would we use her again on any property matters, regardless of what agency she represented at the time, but I would even employ her in our agency in a heartbeat if given the chance! Thanks again Lauren, you're a superstar.
24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)We had a really good experience with Lucy and the team at Platform Property.<br>From the start, they were friendly, responsive and easy to deal with, which made a big difference given how drawn out the process became. Communication was always clear, and we felt supported throughout.<br>Despite numerous check-ins from me we were always met with patience and good humour, which says a lot about the way they work.<br>Lucy in particular did an amazing job keeping things moving and staying on top of everything when challenges came up.<br>Overall, a genuinely positive experience and I’d definitely recommend Lucy and the wider team.

7th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)We were very interested in renting a property through this agent and made it clear from the outset that we needed to proceed quickly. After the initial viewing, we received a prompt call, but then communication stopped for over a week. During that time, we had to move forward with another property to avoid losing it due to the lack of response. Only after we had paid a holding deposit elsewhere did the agent come back to say the landlord wished to proceed with our original application. By that point, it was too late, and it was not reasonable to expect us to risk paying a second holding deposit. The process felt disorganised and unclear, and it came across as though we were left waiting while other applications were being assessed. A more timely and transparent approach would have made the experience far smoother
