Selling a property is stressful at the best of times, but navigating the process from abroad adds a whole new layer of complexity. Ollie made it completely seamless; communication was effortless despite the distance, and he kept me completely aligned at every stage.<br>I received excellent, detailed feedback after every viewing, which gave me total confidence in how the sale was progressing. Even in a tough, unpredictable market, Ollie's dedication got the property sold. What I appreciated most was his approach to guidance—he always delivered succinct, practical advice but completely stepped back to let me make the decisions that were right for me. I live over 600 miles away from the property they sold, & they were professional, extremely helpful & always kept me updated on everything that happened. I would firmly suggest with regard to selling a property with them that you absolutely listen to their advice, particularly with regard to the valuation, always remember they know the market in the area. They didn't just do the basic estate agent things but went above & beyond to ensure the property was sold. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

10th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We sold our home through Burnett's Estate Agents and the experience couldn't have been better.<br><br>When we were thinking about selling our home we met with several estate agents who felt pushy - so finding Burnett's was a breath of fresh air - as from the very beginning they demonstrated a genuine care for our home and the sale being a success on our terms. They took time to get to know our home and show case it in a way that confirmed they understood what we loved about our home.<br><br>Selling a house and moving can be incredibly stressful, but Burnett's made the whole process feel straight forward. We always felt taken care of and valued as clients.<br><br>We are pleased we chose Burnett's and recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.
14th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)They over valued the house by £50k therefore they took longer to sell it. Once it was reduced to a better price it sold. I didn't think the write up explained that the house needed modernisation I had to ask for it to be changed. However when I threatened to take the house off the market and modernise it myself a new sales assistant took over the sale she was more proactive and found a buyer.

The sale was not an easy one, numerous challenges and hair pulling moments but Hannah & Oliver were tremendous, didn't miss a beat and at every twist & turn were there, proactive, helpful and communicated very openly and honestly. We would highly recommend Savills to everyone - we just hope our next purchase is with Savills.

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

6th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)After a long battle we finally sold our 17th century house through Fine & Country. Having been through two different agents, we hooked up with them feeling somewhat dispirited. They were different - they let us use some of our own content for a start which was greatly appreciated.<br><br>We worked closely with Mike from start to finish. What stood out for us was not just his professionalism and clear advice, but the fact that he brought humour and lightness to what can be a very stressful process. It made the whole journey feel far more manageable. Almost relaxed even.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout — Mike kept us updated at every stage, was quick to respond to questions, and took time to explain the legal steps in plain English. We had already moved out before completion, but still felt completely supported and confident that everything was being looked after properly.<br><br>If you’re looking for someone who combines experience and integrity with a genuine sense of humour and humanity, we would happily recommend Mike and Fine & Country.
