He is highly efficient and proactive, but also gets the balance right with not being at all “pushy”! He kept my nerves calm when we hit some last minute delays, which I really needed!<br>We also met Sienna on two viewings who is delightful, and builds rapport really easily with her clients.<br>Thanks for everything!

Arvin, Evie, Callum and Brian were always available if we had any questions. The end result was a swift and seamless sale. A big thank you for an excellent service.

Every time we thought it was over another hurdle reared its ugly head and they went that extra mile to smooth the matters out. Toby was excellent with the mortgage advice and I would highly recommend him. Also Arif was on board with fantastic communication when I spoke with him several times. I can highly recommend all the staff at Connells in Burgess Hill
26th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

8th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Keith & the entire team were wonderful from the initial valuation until the completion of the sale. I live over 600 miles away from the property they sold, & they were professional, extremely helpful & always kept me updated on everything that happened. I would firmly suggest with regard to selling a property with them that you absolutely listen to their advice, particularly with regard to the valuation, always remember they know the market in the area. They didn't just do the basic estate agent things but went above & beyond to ensure the property was sold. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

She was aware it was only a preliminary enquiry with no definite plans to sell immediately, yet the time & attention she gave me was over & above. No sales pitch, or false promises, just straightforward information delivered in such a kind, professional & connected manner. She’s a credit to the company & I wish her all the best regardless of whether I sell or not.

6th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)We were so impressed with Pat and the team’s service during our recent purchase of a property.<br>They were really accommodating of us needing to do separate viewings, as well as bringing our children along to see the house. We also had a few things that needed sorting out before we exchanged; like a microwave replacement and a door that needed fixing. Pat went over and above to help us and checked that we were happy with the end result.<br>We are very thankful their professional and top class service we received and would highly recommend Rush Witt and Wilson Battle to buy from or sell through.- 11th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Danielle from the letting side has been amazing, she is very good with communication and always keeping me up to date. Always has a good plan ahead and will tell me her thoughts openly and more importantly honest. The sales side really let me down on several occasions and need to do a better job, the lack of communication was very disappointing through out.

20th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Like many others, all they want is your signature on the agreement, they put it on rightmove etc and that's it. No one does any work anymore. Not even a call from them after going "live". Not recommended.

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
18th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)After searching a long time for the perfect property, I contacted VC Estates to enquire about a house I had seen listed with them, they invited me into office within the hour to view not one but two properties they had listed, that matched our criteria. Within 24 hours of viewing the first property recommendation, David had our offer accepted. The communication with David, Alison and Ben has been amazing- It's very hard to come by such accommodating, genuine agents, who truly go above and beyond for their customers. If ever we come to sell our current purchase we would definitely choose VC Estates over any other estate agent.
