The selling fee amounts to a lot but you get what you pay for so it was worth it to get me a buyer quite quickly at an acceptable price.

10th Oct 2023 (3 years ago)From a landmark buildings perspective of East Grinstead this is one of the outstanding gems of architectural heritage. A simply beautiful building. I've often looked at the wonderful construction. And wondered its history. I used to do dowsing as a hobby years ago and marvelled at the apparent fact of all the underground catacombs and tunnels - of which there are many - seem for some reason to make for under this impressive old building.

Le Grys created an attractive marketing campaign that really highlighted the strengths and unique features of the house the photos and overall presentation were excellent. They also managed the viewings with great care and efficiency, giving me clear feedback after each visit. I highly recommend them to everyone looking to sell à property.

8th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Seemed to rely on one person that views three times and got put off by daughter. Didn’t find anyone else after that. I think that put all their eggs into one basket. Even though we were with them for 22 weeks they still insisted on a notice period before they stopped marketing which I thought was a bit harsh as it stopped us marketing with a new agent.

Three or 4 months since property on market with Jack Charles just had one viewer. I have asked them to take the property off market. I couldn’t get to manager on the phone unfortunately.

We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian and Zac. A fantastic service all round x

Having previously dealt with large corporate agents who lost sight of the seller's interests, Thomas was a breath of fresh air. He strikes the perfect balance: accommodating purchasers professionally while keeping his primary focus, integrity, and loyalty entirely on the seller. To Thomas, a sale isn't just a number—it’s personal. His deep industry experience, hands-on support through thick and thin, and willingness to go well above and beyond got my sale over the line in a challenging market.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to help keep everyone in the chain calm and moving forward when things got stressful. We really felt looked after, and we're genuinely grateful for everything she did to get us over the line. Couldn't recommend Jemima and Burnett's more highly — thank you for everything!

Having been through two different agents, we hooked up with them feeling somewhat dispirited. They were different - they let us use some of our own content for a start which was greatly appreciated.<br><br>We worked closely with Mike from start to finish. What stood out for us was not just his professionalism and clear advice, but the fact that he brought humour and lightness to what can be a very stressful process. It made the whole journey feel far more manageable. Almost relaxed even.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout — Mike kept us updated at every stage, was quick to respond to questions, and took time to explain the legal steps in plain English. We had already moved out before completion, but still felt completely supported and confident that everything was being looked after properly.<br><br>If you’re looking for someone who combines experience and integrity with a genuine sense of humour and humanity, we would happily recommend Mike and Fine & Country.
