Many estate agents keeps you as option, wastes your time.They were always helpful, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. If you’re looking for a reliable and efficient team that won’t waste your time, I highly recommend them. Excellent service.

23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Made an enquiry for a 4 bed, called me many times but when telling them I’m self employed despite being more than capable of affording this they spoke to manager and made excuses saying landlord is fussy so I can’t proceed with viewing. If you are going to discriminate put clear requirements on the listing and don’t waste peoples times, or qualify and ask for larger deposits, bank statements etc instead of making excuses and wasting my time.

They were professional and empathetic throughout, treating the sale not simply as a transaction, but with genuine care and understanding.<br><br>Lewis signed us up and gave us confidence from the outset. Katie was wonderful intuitive, professional and genuinely enthusiastic about our home. She seemed to instinctively understand what made it special and carried out viewings with warmth and enthusiasm, always looking for the right people rather than simply a buyer.<br><br>Stuart did a superb job, proactively reaching out to a prospect on their requirement register, bringing the sale together, a professional and safe pair of hands, along with support of whole team, the process was remarkably smooth and without problems.<br><br>Most importantly, to us, they found the most perfect new owners for a house that has meant so much to us for over three decades. 31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)We honestly couldn't have asked for a better estate agent to guide us through both the sale of our apartment and the purchase of our new family home.<br><br>It certainly wasn't the most straightforward sale and purchase, with plenty of challenges along the way, but from start to finish the whole team was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive.<br><br>A special thank you has to go to Aaron, who was our main point of contact throughout. He was absolutely outstanding.<br>His communication was excellent, he was always available to answer our questions, he kept us updated every step of the way and was proactive in chasing things whenever progress stalled. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his calm, reassuring approach made a huge difference during what could have been a very stressful process.<br><br>We are absolutely delighted with our new home and so grateful for everything Aaron and the team did to help us get here. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.<br><br>Thank you!

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.

He took time to understand our needs, was always on hand to take our phone calls, completely transparent and able to help navigate us through the sale using his years of experience.<br><br>He found us a buyer within the first week of us speaking to him and they had even put in an offer. He then found us our eventual buyers who were the best buyers anyone could have asked for.<br><br>Everything went through smoothly, within the time frame we were hoping and we completed without any major delays or hiccups.<br><br>Thank you Mark and Cow & Co.

13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)We worked with Fine and Country when purchasing our first home and they were fantastic. We had a couple of hurdles and delays during the conveyancing and legal process but F&C were excellent at continuing to push things along and get us to an eventual completion date. We would give a particular mention to Vito Szoma, who was incredible at introducing us to our new home and who was really helpful, clear and thorough with any questions we had during that stage, and to Alice Madden, who was extremely diligent, proactive and communicative throughout the process. Would definitely recommend F&C to anyone looking to buy or sell and, in particular, superstars Alice and Vito.
24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this company.<br><br>I viewed a property that I genuinely liked and told them on the same day that I wanted to move forward. Throughout the process, Sachin gave the impression that the property was effectively available and that my deposit would be accepted.<br><br>After that, I heard absolutely nothing. There was no update, no courtesy call, and not even a message to say the property had been agreed with someone else. I was simply left waiting.<br><br>The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating. If circumstances change, that’s understandable, but keeping potential tenants informed is the bare minimum.<br><br>Based on my experience, this company has a lot to improve when it comes to customer service and communication.

Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.

However, Leon was excellent and I cannot rate him highly enough. He was patient, kind and really took the time to show me the right properties. He worked around my difficult logistics and encouraged me even when I had been disillusioned by other agencies! I always felt in safe hands and trusted his judgement. His follow up was also excellent; keeping me informed every step of the way and stepping in to ensure things went smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was only too willing to answer my myriad of questions!
