She managed the whole process through to exchange and completion, which ultimately happened on the same day.<br><br>It was a hugely stressful process, with some unexpected external challenges along the way, but Emily remained professional, calm and diplomatic at all times. Her communication was excellent, and she and her colleagues handled everything incredibly well.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t have asked for more support. I immediately felt Helen was the right fit for me, she is very personable, professional and genuine. I could tell that any client would feel at ease when viewing the property with Helen and her team. The valuation Helen provided was spot on based on the current market. I liked how she saw the potential in the property whilst also being very realistic and not full of false promises and hot air. Once Helen found me a buyer the support she showed both myself and the buyer was nothing short of incredible. From the very outset all the way closing the deal and completing Helen has been a total gem and a pleasure to work with. Thank you very much Helen and all the Team at Stow.

From start to finish, Sophie was absolutely brilliant and made what can often be a stressful process feel seamless and straightforward.<br><br>Sophie was fantastic at communicating, always available at the end of the phone, and happy to answer any questions or provide updates. She was a genuine pleasure to work with, and nothing was ever too much trouble. 22nd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)When choosing Avon, communication between myself and Avon, and between Avon and potential buyers was top of my priority. The director was great and didn't great sales pitch. After that communication wasnt great, messages between staff weren't passed on. Information of who to contact after agreeing a sale wasnt clear and the 2 viewers who made offers came after my husband showed them around the house. All in all not the best experience from us. The team however are always polite and friendly.

14th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)DO NOT RENT with Saville’s - YOU WILL REGRET IT!! They haven’t cleaned the building in MONTHS, dirt and mould everywhere. And they don’t dispose of bins until the room is a health hazard - and even then they don’t want to do it. No point contacting them they are all completely ignorant. Go straight to Ombudsman and Health and Safety executive, they should be fined for causing a health and safety risk.

We were a 2 hour drive from Chipping Campden and the local knowledge and expertise of Ellie and the team were a huge help in finding the right house. They know Chipping Campden inside out and could tell us everything about local facilities and services. They were also brilliant in getting the sale through - getting paperwork, chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving. If we were selling (we're not) we would use Peter Clarke.

Advice at all stages was clear and our input was incorporated where relevant. Best service received in comparison to any agency I have dealt with in the past.
29th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.
