5th May 2026 (4 days ago)C J Hole helped me with both the letting of my property over several tenancies, and then with the sale of the property earlier this year. Their service (both lettings and sales) was always very helpful and professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

It was a difficult move for me and I had so much support, they really did go the extra mile. I also found them honest which was not what I experienced with other agents in the town when it came to purchasing. They will take time to present your property with expert photos, and will find you the right buyer, they will listen to you, they will guide you and they will support you. I can't rate them highly enough.

We were a 2 hour drive from Chipping Campden and the local knowledge and expertise of Ellie and the team were a huge help in finding the right house. They know Chipping Campden inside out and could tell us everything about local facilities and services. They were also brilliant in getting the sale through - getting paperwork, chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving. If we were selling (we're not) we would use Peter Clarke.

Jason kept me in the loop with absolutely everything, and the process from start to finish has been amazing. I cannot recommend him enough. I originally purchased the house from him and re-sold with him. Fantastic service.

We did two viewings with her and even when ones were cancelled due to things beyond her control she was so respectful and helpful to us. She really got to know us and our situation and we luckily were chosen for a flat we absolutely adored. I recommend Eleanor 1000% she is amazing and Genuinely the whole process was smooth.
