11th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)I HAD ONE VIEWER ,THEY GAVE ME A TIME WHEN THE VIEWING WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE WHICH WAS 2.15 ON A SATURDAY ME AND MY WIFE WENT TO A GARDEN CENTRE , WELL AT 3PM I PHONED WEBBS TO SEE IF THE VIEWING HAD FINISHED ,I WAS THEN TOLD OH NO WE DONT SHOW THESE PEOPLE AROUND UNTIL 3.30 PM I SAID I HAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THAT THE VIEWING WAS AT 2.15 ,I SAID WELL CAN YOU PHONE ME WHEN THE VIEWING AS FINISHED THEY SAID THEY WOULD.......WELL THEY DIDNT. THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY WEBBS PHONED, BUT WE WERE OUT THEY LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO PHONE BACK, I DID BUT THE ASSISTANT WAS ON THE PHONE, I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD PHONE ME BACK, WELL SHE NEVER DID , WHEN I TERMINATED THE CONTRACT ,I AT TO GO TO THEIR CANNOCK OFFICE TO GET MY KEYS... ON THEIR BROCHURE TO ME WHEN I FIRST WENT WITH WEBBS ITS IN BOLD LETTERS NO SALE NO FEE , BUT THEY CHARGED ME £60I WENT WITH WEBBS ON THE 28th FEBRUARY2025 FINISHED WITH THEM END OF JUNE

We have had one hell of a house journey, through no fault of them but they have kept me level headed throughout. It’s been a rollercoaster and Kerry and Millie in particular have been fairy god mothers! Their knowledge and advice is next level and the support and communication was beyond phenomenal! I can’t recommend them all enough! A massive thank you! Friendly, professional, and can’t do enough for you! Simply the best!

We have been extremely impressed with connells all the way through, especially Mia Harper who has been fantastic throughout with booking the viewings and keeping us fully updated throughout. They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

His communication style when arranging viewings and giving feedback was excellent, and he made dealing with, what can be a stressful life event, much smoother to navigate. During all this time Lorna has always been extremely helpful and knowledgable guiding me in the right direction. When I sold my rental property it came with many problems which Lorna overcame with hard work and good advice. Her communication was always first class. I would highly recommend as her work ethic is second to none

They sold our house within a week, and from start to finish the service has been excellent. The whole team has been friendly, professional and proactive throughout. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Whenever we had a question, they got back to us quickly and explained everything in a way that made sense, which made what can be a very stressful process feel much more manageable. We always felt like they genuinely cared about helping us move things forward rather than just waiting for us to chase them. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul Carr to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Claire, Claire, Claire… what can we say? Claire Midgley was our rock throughout a very long and difficult conveyancing process. Working in the industry myself, I can certainly recognise a special agent when I see one and she certainly is a true credit to Dourish & Day. She listened to me rant (probably like a broken record at times) , offered advice and promised me she would chase and subsequently update me… and true to her word she was every single time!! To get the good news call from her personally today was the icing on the cake for me & my partner. Thank you so much Claire for all your help throughout, we appreciate you hugely ??????

How wrong was I? Offer and sale subject to contract all communicated the same weekend . Fabulous service ??????
