They employ someone to progress the sale … I had to constantly chase the person who was supposed to be doing the chasing.

From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Selling a property can be stressful, but they are proactive with the communication and regular updates made the whole process smooth and transparent. They are always on top of things and quick to resolve any questions. 24th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RUDE AND TRY TO INTIMIDATE STUDENTS AND TAKE ADVANTAGE. They are awful. Rude and confrontational. We have had multiple issues with the house they have rented us, saying its not their problem and that we should go to the landlady, when realistically they should help. we have been yelled at in the house we are renting from them in front of other potential tenants which not only was an embarrassing situation but also totally uncalled for and unprofessional just like when they opened my mail. when we complained about the viewing being over an hour late the "CEO" (Asiff) replying with "you have been complaining non stop so I am just going to ignore you". They provide weekly check-ins where they check you've completed everything and chase the solicitors where needed. From offer to completion was 6-8 weeks which was incredible. Chanelle was so thorough and conscientious. Very happy with their service.
