Kuldip and Omar have been amazing at showing us properties and along with Anthony and Emma they have been easy to talk to on the phone answering the one million and one questions we have. Last but definitely not at all the least, Prabhdeep has offered us a very insightful view of what we can expect. He was able to put things into perspective for us and show us what our path forward would look like. We would not have made the decision to house hunt without his help. Their combined efforts have made this process less difficult and not as scary as we would have initially thought. We would strongly recommend working with them to find the perfect fit for you.

They have been extremely helpful throughout, dealing efficiently with my many questions and concerns (sorry!). Mia went above and beyond to make things happen when I thought they wouldn’t.<br><br>I’ve had a fair few issues with the property I’ve just moved into, which are not Simmons and Son’s fault, but Mia and Danielle have ensured everything has been dealt with quickly, which I really appreciate.<br><br>I would definitely recommend Simmons and Son and especially Mia and Danielle—both are kind, patient, and very supportive. 1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)We initially dealt with Lauren at Chancellors, as we were selling our property, but a change in circumstances meant that we could re-let the property. Lauren was brilliant and helped us whilst we were trying to evict our tenants. She then passed us over to Brooke from the lettings team once our plans changed.<br><br>Brooke has been amazing. She understood the previous issues with tenants, and was sympathetic to our anxiety in finding new tenants. She understood that we were concerned about a repeat of what had occurred previously. Brooke kept us both informed of viewings at the property, feedback received, offers that were put in. When we rejected the offers for various reasons, she trusted our judgment and continued working hard to establish new leads.<br><br>We felt that we were in safe hands throughout our entire dealings with Brooke. She is very personable, and is generally great to deal with, either by phone, email, text or in person. She clearly knows what she’s doing with lettings, she worked with both sides to ensure we were happy and we are so relieved that we waited a little longer to find the right tenant. Brooke has been excellent from start to finish, no question was too silly, and when we did have a slight hurdle towards the end, she didn’t just say there was a problem, she came with a solution and didn’t just leave it to us to deal with. I can’t say enough positive things about her involvement, professional, polite, easy to get on with and she had our trust from the outset. She didn’t promise and under-deliver, she did everything she said she would, and in a timely and efficient manner. Despite a few hiccups and delays along the way, they remained positive and fully committed to getting things done. We were kept informed of viewings, feedback and changes and they were always available to answer queries and were also very prompt in doing so. I would have no hesitation in using Prospect again and can thoroughly recommend Daniel and his team in Winnersh!

Robbie is one of the kindest estate agents we have dealt with and is a credit to the team. We couldn’t recommend the woodley branch enough. 24th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RUDE AND TRY TO INTIMIDATE STUDENTS AND TAKE ADVANTAGE. They are awful. Rude and confrontational. We have had multiple issues with the house they have rented us, saying its not their problem and that we should go to the landlady, when realistically they should help. we have been yelled at in the house we are renting from them in front of other potential tenants which not only was an embarrassing situation but also totally uncalled for and unprofessional just like when they opened my mail. when we complained about the viewing being over an hour late the "CEO" (Asiff) replying with "you have been complaining non stop so I am just going to ignore you". Disgusting human imo. THE ONE STAR IS FAKE.

Eleanor and Jordan were great during the whole process, ranging from the successful marketing, very well organised viewings and the subsequent useful feedback, to liaising with the buyers and solicitors. Absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them!
