She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential. Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way. She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord. We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent . I do hope all your agents across the country are as wonderful as Katie. Thank you very much Katie you’re a star ??
28th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Davis Tate were proactive and informative about booking viewings and giving feedback. They offered good advice for attracting more viewings and receiving offers. Highly recommended for a friendly and professional agent, both Richard and Paul seamlessly looked after the sale of our late mother's home.
9th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)I had 4 Estate Agents come to view my property and was about to give up hope when Ben arrived, I immediately know I would list with B Simmons, continuous communication from Ben and Emily and regular feedback, it did take 18 months to sell but they did not give up hope and kept telling me the right person would come along, and they eventually did, I had regular market updates from Ben and although long they made what some call a stressful situation seemless. Thank you all for your help in the process

Hazem and Chancellors Ascot are the best - professional, knowledgable, friendly, supportive and above all wonderful to work with!

9th Mar 2026 (24 weeks ago)Would give 0 stars. Easily the worst letting agents in Reading. They’ll never fix the problems and the basic requirements from you. Whatever you report goes into deaf ears. We’ve been reporting about faulty blinds , leaking bathroom and lots of sharp nails from beneath the carpets for more than 6 months with no one turning up even once. Stay away even if the property looks cool.

Difficult market and everyone sitting tight and so the effort from Victoria and her team to sell our house was even more appreciated. From the first meeting with Victoria to the day we handed the keys over we couldn’t have asked for more.<br>Super professional and kept us informed with every step of the way.<br>Wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again and throughly recommend the team to anyone wishing to sell their property in Newbury and the surrounding area. Harry strived to achieve the best purchase price possible for us. Special mention to Matthew as well who photographed our house and helped us with the process. All at Parkers, Reading have provided an amazing service to make our sale as painless as possible.

I tried to use a previous estate agent but found them to be uncommunicative, obstructive and economical with the truth. Jackson O'Rourke are the complete opposite. Special mention must go to Andre Silva who went above and beyond to sell my property. I will be recommending them to everyone!

From the very first meeting, they were professional, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in getting us the right result. The marketing was excellent — the photos really showed the property at its best, and they clearly spent time getting every detail right. What really stood out, though, was the quality of the viewings: every viewer was properly qualified and genuinely interested, so we never felt our time was being wasted. Throughout the process they kept us regularly updated and were always on hand to answer questions, and when it came to the paperwork and managing the chain, they handled everything with real skill and patience — the whole sale went through seamlessly, with far less stress than we'd expected. We would absolutely recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to sell their home, whether you're a first-time seller or have done it all before. Thank you, Nick and Teresa!

8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We bought our house through Ewemove Tadley and they were pretty good to deal with as a buyer for the most part, but charging £80+ for ID checks from the buyers is absolutely criminal and takes the mick. No need for that whatsoever, sheer profiteering. I know other EA’s don’t charge this so it’s completely unnecessary. Do better.
