A big thank you to the assigned estate agent, Izzy Blatch, for the friendly induction and swift paperwork. Everything was as smooth as it could get, both when settling in and when vacating the property.

All of the people in the sales team were knowledgeable of the market and sold our property within 2 weeks after it being on the market with another agent for over 5 months! Would totally recommend them and would definitely use them again when the time comes.

Ours was a complex case but Ian & Denise’s support made every step hassle-free and resulted in an outcome that was best for all. The whole team’s communication and professionalism throughout has been outstanding and we cannot recommend the firm highly enough!

The Letting Office have always been helpful and informative; in particular Sonja Broderick who always has time to listen to us. During our time we have had a number of property managers; currently Antony Bacon. Have to say Antony has been the best! He has been pleasant and helpful particularly now when we are dealing with a leak which had gone undetected for some time. He understands how we are feeling about the whole thing, is communicative with progress, and always willing to chase contractors to keep things moving.

14th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)I had a really poor experience with this company , the experience went from dropping the price on a very regular basis down and down and down not seeming to do there due diligence , when the sales kept falling through we felt pushed to provide expensive surveys for prospective buyers all for it to collapse time and again and the only answer was to drop . We left them and went for another agent who sold quickly at a higher price . Beware
17th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)Poor unprofessional<br>4 weeks of only one way of communication from my end. 8 -12 calls to know update and apparently the property is rented out prior.<br><br>Spoke to 3 different people and all come put with different stories.<br><br>No professional conduct whatsoever.
