24th Feb 2026 (23 days ago)I chose The Frost Partnership in Chalfont St Giles to market the home of my late mother. The house also being in Chalfont St Giles. Throughout the period the house was up for sale, I was regularly updated with any viewings of the property. A video was made to allow prospective purchasors a virtual tour of the internal of the house. Andrew Holdsworth, Sandy and Caroline did their very best. Winter is not the nicest time to show anyone around a cold and empty house. Eventually the house sold and Andrew was exceptionally helpful. The whole process went smoothly. I felt my decision to stick with the Frost Partnership on a sole agency basis was the correct one.- 10th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Great service and experience with probate house sale in Chalfont St Peter. Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process. Clare and Miles made my buying experience very smooth.

Ben Baker was excellent from first meeting through to eventual Completion - polite, reliable and efficient, as also were Ceri and his support team. Moving after 34 years was always going to be challenging, but Hamptons made the whole process much easier for us. We must give special thanks to Anthony, for his dedication to the job and ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible. He was professional and approachable at all hours, whatever the query. He acted as a key negotiator and ensured the transition to completion progressed as smoothly as possible. I was out of the country for much of the process, but Anthony provided prompt support, liaising regularly with the previous owners and ourselves and assisting with each and every step. We would highly recommend their services.

4th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)How does this business make any money? Aren't they in the business of selling houses? A simple query like 'Can I talk to one of your valuers?' seems to be beyond them. I have rang this company 3 times over the last couple of months because I am thinking of putting my house on the market. The first time I was told the valuer would call me back. He never bothered. I rang again, and again was told the valuer was out on a call and would call me back. he never bothered. I rang a third time and asked to talk to the valuer. The lady at reception asked me questions and then went to talk to the valuer, I believe. Eventually, she hung up on me. Get your act together. You are in the business of selling houses. To sell houses, you need to talk to potential customers. When your receptionist tells a potential customer that you will call them back, then be true to your word and do so. Keep in mind how many estate agents there are in the Oadby area and you are competing with them for business. Answering telephone calls promptly and returning customer calls would be a good start for your business.

I'm extremely happy with the service I received and the professionalism and knowledge he shared. I would highly recommend. The house sale went through smoothly from the very start to the completion date. I'm over the moon. If I could give 6 stars I would.

As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and moments of stress, but throughout the whole process we felt supported, guided and reassured. Luke, Emma and Kyle were amazing! Always friendly, patient and incredibly quick to respond. They took the time to explain things clearly, kept us updated, and stepped in to help whenever something needed sorting. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them, and that made such a difference for us. We’re incredibly grateful for their support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, especially first-time buyers! 3rd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I am still in the process of moving house, however so far, Connor and David at Who Property have been brilliant. Connor valued the house and the following weekend took all the photos and video tour of the property, and within a couple of days the property advert was live. Back-to-back viewings were booked for the weekend after, with multiple offers (including two above asking price) were received on the day. Connor and David have been very responsive throughout the process, and supported me with queries relating both to my sale, and the property I am hoping to buy. Overall, I am delighted with how easy the process has been so far, and would highly recommend Who Property to anyone looking to sell in the surrounding area!
