Ali at Hamptons stood out in particular since he directly understood our need, and once we found the apartment, he made sure everything was going as fast as possible. So glad it worked out, and a particular thank you to Ali!
9th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Gabri**!!! I had already clearly set my budget and move-in date before the viewing, but he kept pushing me to move in earlier and repeatedly asked me to increase the offer. The way he negotiated was extremely rude and he tried to renegotiate several times. It honestly felt like some kind of auction bidding. I expected a professional and reputable brand agency, but this turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. In the end, I even agreed to meet his demands, yet my offer was still rejected. I honestly don’t understand how something like this can happen. The way they handle business is like gangsters — completely lacking manners or professionalism. This is the worst agency experience I’ve had in London.

Oscar stood out for his professionalism, transparency and knowledge of the London property market. During the process of acquisition he was always available and ready to answer all my questions, guiding me through every step of the process. I truly recommend Oscar to whoever is looking to buy or sell a property, he is a true professional but most important he is someone you can trust!
28th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Just sold my flat through Tate - a great service - David Harbottle was particularly helpful and responsive at all times. I've been a client of Tate for more than fifteen years. I can't fault them. It's a small team but an incredibly responsive and effective one. The firm has been on the ground in Battersea/Nine Elms for more than two decades so they know the area better than any competitor could ever hope to. From a personal perspective Tate understands my property and my priorities more than a larger agency ever could. This gives me peace of mind: I know that my needs and the needs of my tenants will be met promptly at all times. I also know from experience of other agencies in London and elsewhere that they are great value for money. I would heartily recommend Paul and the team.
11th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)I thought I hated living in London. Turns out I just hated living in a property managed by Winkworths. Would not recommend renting a property managed by this team. A year and a half of disrepair, ignored emails, unpaid reimbursements and gaslighting was a waking nightmare. They may have just been following orders from an unethical landlord... But they did follow those orders. Lots of anecdotes here but the most representative: I called to report a leak and black mould infestation behind the paint in my daughter's room. They noticed that the mould was only revealed because I'd attempted to attach a picture frame to the wall. They didn't do any mould remediation but they did threaten us that hanging anything on a wall broke the terms of the lease. Happy ending to the story, though. The kid's persistent cough cleared up immediately after we moved.

Jay makes sure that he responds and attends to any questions/concerns we may have even outside of their office hours. I wouldn't hesitate at all in recommending RelocateME to our friends. 20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can’t speak highly enough of Albert Grace Estate Agent. The professionalism, knowledge and honesty are very much appreciated and respected. They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.
5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I chose Orient Estates rather than a larger agency because of their particular knowledge of the North west London area. The sale process was much longer than anticipated with numerous problems along the way. This was mainly due to issues with house and the would-be buyers rather than the agent. Ryann’s communications throughout was consistently good and he helped overcome each problem and achieve completion at a price that I was happy with.

25th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)Daniel and his team delivered exactly as they set out from the start - particularly impressive as they took over from another agent who had not done so. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable, but most importantly, they understood that the vendor is their client. The post-sale agreed service was outstanding. Their dedicated team liaised proactively with the buyer, solicitors, and surveyors. This was an element of the process we had perhaps underestimated. Having that support made the final stages far smoother than they might otherwise have been. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fine & Country Chiswick/Ealing.

She has been responsive, professional, and supportive throughout a particularly challenging period with maintenance issues in the flat. I appreciate her professionalism and clear communication, and I would happily recommend her services.
20th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Had an amazing experience with B&R while renting for a few years in Nine Elms. The apartment was perfect, any issues that have occurred were quickly resolved, signing and referencing process was easy and quick, they were flexible on payment methods and always replied in the matter of minutes. Having experienced other agencies in the area, I can genuinely recommend them and say that they are much more better than others.
4th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.- 27th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)Di was extremely helpful throughout the process and I really appreciate he went out of his way to help.
