He and his team were incredibly proactive and worked extremely hard to secure excellent tenants for our property, keeping us updated every step of the way. Tom was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He was always available, responsive, and genuinely willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond what we would normally expect from a letting agent — nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. They kept everything organised as best as possible throughout the whole process and were always quick to update us and chase when needed. Selling and buying at the same time can be stressful, but they stayed steady and supportive the entire way through. We genuinely felt they were on our side and doing everything they could to keep things moving. Communication was clear, honest and consistent, which made a big difference. 15th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We rented a flat in Greenwich via Daniel Watney for the past year and a half, before we relocated to the other side of London. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. The team were friendly and attentive, and the few repairs we needed during our time there were fixed very quickly. The end of tenancy process was smooth. They let us break out of our tenancy 3 weeks early, and we received our full deposit back too. Would recommend them!
