As a result of his diligence, the purchase went though and the process was made as easy as possible. I will be using them again.

When I am in the US, it is important to me that my property in the UK is managed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Oliver Burn and Aldo-Marco, their Senior Property Management & Accounts Manager is on-it, both for routine and/or exceptional circumstances. Importantly, Oliver Burn support my tenants so that my property is looked after. If you are looking for property management, especially when out of the country, I recommend Oliver Burn.
18th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios- 28th Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)I have been renting through Olivier Burn for the past year and they have been exceptional. Edward and Jason were always responsive, keeping me informed at every stage and promptly answering any questions I had. What really stood out was their dedication and personal approach — I never felt like just another client. They went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed efficiently and handled any challenges calmly and confidently. I highly recommend Tuckerman residential to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Pimlico and Westminster area. A truly professional and reliable service.

While arranging a tenancy, they threatened to pull our contract if we didn't agree to pay within 24 hours, stating the past tenants wanted to remain in the property. We were in contact with the past tenants whoever, who were all moving out of the city. They made a meal out of every situation we encountered them in, and had a horrid smarmy attitude which made any interactions draining. Steer clear unless you're also an energy vampire.

After our offer got accepted everything went smoothly and we've been getting a great service since then.

4th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Pizza was like a DIY pizza one makes at home for the first time. Amateurish! The Pizzas were undercooked and both the pizzas were not sliced thoroughly. The doughs were too soft to separate pieces and they start to tear without keeping the pie shapes any more. The steam came through the bottom of the card board box and made the oily steam mess on the surface. The taste was not there, and, I don't believe the dough is freshly made but from the factory. I think the staff should go to their contender stores of the area and match the bake texture and cutting the slices. Delivery was fast arriving just under 35 min.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!
10th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Fantastic letting agency, specialising in very special homes along the river - really great service from beginning to end with Leanna, going above and beyond over the Christmas break (despite the agency being closed!) to help us get through the referencing process and get moved in within a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).
8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.

After our offer was accepted we had Nic who helped to guide us through and provide an easy conduit to our sellers. We would highly recommend them.
