I know I’m a pain the backside and they were always happy to help. Amanda and I appreciate the work you did and also your patience dealing with me. The viewing was nicely timed without being rushed and follow-up emails sent on as promised. Having used Newton Fallowell as agents quite a few years ago for my rental properties & now a tenant myself - it really is a refreshing change to know that you are in good hands. I do believe that they are a company that are looking after the best interests of both the tenants and landlords. Highly recommended !

I am so grateful for the calm, professional and supportive guidance we received from Laura she guided us through all stages, gave us great advice and kept us updated throughout. I know at times I mithered her to death but she was always lovely, kind and patient. She is very knowledgeable and has been godsend to us both.<br>Thank you Laura we would have been lost without you.

The communication was fantastic and Donna could not have done more to push progress and keep us in the loop. I only wish we had used them to sell our property also. Would highly recommend and would use them again when needed.

He arrived thoroughly prepared with market data, detailed analysis, comparable properties, social media marketing examples, and a clear strategy for selling our home. He spent plenty of time with us, answered all our questions, and showed genuine passion and enthusiasm for our property—something the other agents simply didn't.<br><br>The marketing was excellent. It was clear the team had taken the time to research the property properly, and the photography, video, and social media promotion were all first-class.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, communication was fantastic. 22nd Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)Associate director consciously chose to breach trust rendering my relationship with the company as both a seller and buyer, completely untenable. My interests were entirely secondary as demonstrated by their actions. I received assurances they weren’t prepared to uphold, was made promises they weren’t prepared to keep and set expectations they weren’t prepared to follow through. Avoid this estate agent and use one of the many others available.

From the beginning, Georgina has been incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the property. It is clear that she takes a genuine interest in both the house and her clients. She has kept us fully up to date at every stage, and has gone above and beyond to help us, even taking calls and assisting us outside of normal working hours. Her communication has been fantastic, particularly when liaising with the solicitors, and she has always been honest and reassuring. She has put us at ease throughout what can be a very stressful process. We cannot thank Georgina enough for all of her help and support. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with! 7th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I was issued a section 21 eviction notice by my landlady, who decided she wanted to sell the property I rented, via Frank Innes. They were not only apologetic but immediately started helping me to find a new home. I must thank Ellie and Molly for their friendly and expert support in making my move much less stressful. They kept me informed throughout on what was happening with the flat I was moving into and were always willing to let me view the property before moving in. I also found the sales team equally friendly and professional. Before the move they would ask if prospective buyers of the house could view at a time that suited me. The whole process of moving was smooth and easy. Excellent service, Many thanks.
