2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We sold our property and also brought with John german the whole experience was made so easy constantly keeping us upto date with feedback on the viewings we had and working hard to show us property's, everyone was so friendly and tried there best to answer any concerns we had , to be given a dedicated member of staff once we had sold and brought to do all the chasing up was amazing and took the pressure off us (thanks vicky) .I would highly recommend John german and would not hesitate to use again .

3rd Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)We were not impressed. The lack of communication being the biggest issue. The last email we received was confirmation of our cancellation and was told I would be called after the weekend on the Monday. I'm still waiting. It's been 3 weeks. It was almost like once they had got you to sign the ridiculously long contract they just whacked it on Rightmove then forgot about it. After informing them of our cancellation we received an email telling us all about the potential buyers they had introduced to our property. The list was huge. Where when and how did they introduce all of these potential buyers. We had 3 viewings in 6 months.
3rd May 2026 (9 weeks ago)We would highly recommend Howkins and Harrison. Maddie, Lauren and Eve are all extremely professional and so dedicated to what they do. Maddie kept us in the loop throughout the whole process which was stressful at times and kept in contact with our solicitor and notified us immediately about the current situation. We are extremely grateful and so happy we are now in our lovely new home. Moving is inevitably stressful but instructing Howkins and Harrison was the best decision we could have made. Thank you Howkins and Harrison for making a stressful process more endurable. With professionalism, friendliness and commitment. You’re a great team. Best wishes Jan and Francis.
15th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)Hunters are local experts. They are down to Earth and do not make wild claims about selling your property - they are realistic and speak to you honestly. Amy helped give us advice on how to make the house presentable for a sale and checking for damp. That was really appreciated as I was not able to have contacts in the area for support with these things. Communication was straightforward and all were pleasant and helpful throughout.

21st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We've recently sold our house with Mark Rice. Ben carried out our valuation and was incredibly helpful from the very start. He was passionate, super knowledgeable, and really filled us with confidence which made our decision to use Mark Rice to sell our house really easy. He took the time to get to know us and our home, we really appreciated that there was never any pressure put on us. Laura supported us throughout the sale process and was absolutely amazing. She kept us updated every step of the way, answered every query quickly, followed up on everything she said she would and was endlessly patient with all our questions! She never once made us feel like we were pestering and her kindness, reassurance, and genuine investment in our journey took so much stress away from the process. We are so grateful for all of her support. A huge thank you as well to Jill and Frances, who were always so kind, responsive and helpful whenever we contacted the team and had any queries. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.

The staff , Particularily Tom and Lucy, were so helpful as to guide me through all the different Apps and processes that were needed.<br><br>The property was extremely clean and the garden was even strimmed and tidied up, which was a delight. The owners had left me a bottle of wine, which happened to be the kind I drink.<br><br>Thank you very much.
22nd Jun 2026 (14 days ago)We initially chose Bairstow Eves in Mansfield Woodhouse as the most local to our property to sell in Warsop.<br>On Simons first visit we knew they would be the correct t choice, he fully explained the services and what we can expect. The sale price was discussed between us. We felt no need to approach any other agents<br>We then met with Reo and Jessica who were very professional and we were very happy for them attend all the viewings<br>Once the offer was accepted with the buyer, and the process began we were regularly kept up to date with the progress, we never had the need to chase up<br>The final transaction was very smooth and as stress free as house sales can be<br>We thank all the team, and highly recommend this Agent

I had viewed a property with her before, so i knew what to expect. She was thorough in explaining the different features of each properties and showed very kind consideration when a tenant was still in. No crafty sales pitch, but a refreshing honesty and consideration for my specific needs. I would highly recommend viewing properties with her and should i need to again, i will not hesitate to get in touch

We are hoping to move there soon, but as we will be new to the area, we were looking for ideas of locations suitable for our needs. Kian was excellent, came up with lots of ideas, information, tips and hints. When we do move, we will be back!

17th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)Yvonne worked her hardest to make sure this sale went across the line. The solicitors on the other side were unresponsive at best and she kept at it and eventually all went through. Would recommend.

2nd Jul 2026 (4 days ago)I cannot praise Charlotte & Josh enough ,a few days after the valuation, I had 4 viewings booked for the same afternoon, one didn't turn, one of the three put an offer in, I accepted all in one week. Amazing Estate Agents not forgetting Mollie the receptionist. Nothing too .uch for them. If you want to sell your home. Walshes are the ones to do it for you.

22nd Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Lovely people to have show you around houses.<br>A big special shout out to millie not once did she turn up fed up thinking here we go again.<br>she turned up at every property with a smile and we eventually found the right place for us finally.<br>All the extra work chasing solicitors and getting the sale through quick was a added bonus.<br>thank you so much millie<br>We found a property our sofa fits and more than enough outside space for the doggies.<br>I would definitely recommend using winkworths bourne for buying a property.<br>They were all very professional<br>We love are new home as do the doggies<br>So thank you very much<br>Jen and matt

28th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)I was purchasing a property through Paul Fox and throughout the entire process, including both solicitors failing to communicate and progress, Sharna at Paul Fox was the only one who was proactive, communicative, helpful, and supportive. Getting both of the solicitors to actually communicate properly was like watching two Roombas attempt to knife fight, and Sharna honestly kept me sane. If I decide to sell in the future I'll be using Paul Fox without a doubt.
