15th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have never before experienced such a poor service. Emails and messages go unanswered and when you are able to make contact they are rude and unprofessional. The whole of our chain has completed and moved apart from those using Bagshaws. As the solicitors are also part of their chain/group this has become increasingly difficult to get a clear idea of what is going on. Yes I have made a formal complaint, after being denied access to this process. I was also asked if I would like to close the complaint after 1 small update, needless to say that was the only update I have had, so I am continuing this process. I

Also initially gave me the wrong key to the property. They also use third parties for so much of the process which gets really confusing and they don’t clarify things properly when asked.

The whole experience with Karen and Rachel has been excellent, and their attention to detail is excellent. Very happy and would highly reccomend as your letting agent.

Unfortunately the property we purchased was via another agency but was a close run thing.<br>Emily from the Bourne office showed us around the property and was extremely polite and courteous as well as being professional and customer focused. Emily is a credit to Rosedale.

We are hoping to move there soon, but as we will be new to the area, we were looking for ideas of locations suitable for our needs. Kian was excellent, came up with lots of ideas, information, tips and hints. When we do move, we will be back!

As a first-time landlord, I was naturally a little nervous about renting out my property, but they made the entire process so much easier. Whether it was sales progression, communication, negotiation or simply keeping everything moving, each person played an important part in making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.<br><br>Communication was consistently excellent throughout. The team were always proactive, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues quickly. Rather than simply passing messages between solicitors, they genuinely helped drive the transactions forward and kept everyone aligned.<br><br>A special mention goes to Harry, who has clearly built a fantastic team and a genuinely well-oiled operation. 28th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)I was purchasing a property through Paul Fox and throughout the entire process, including both solicitors failing to communicate and progress, Sharna at Paul Fox was the only one who was proactive, communicative, helpful, and supportive. Getting both of the solicitors to actually communicate properly was like watching two Roombas attempt to knife fight, and Sharna honestly kept me sane. If I decide to sell in the future I'll be using Paul Fox without a doubt.
