5th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)We chose Newton Fallowell on the basis of their excellent reputation and were not disappointed. The manager, Adam, was superb in personally overseeing our purchase and sale. Everyone in the office was proactive and kept us well informed of the progress of the whole transaction, to enable a smooth and well coordinated purchase and sale. Well done and thank you to all involved for a highly professional service. We recommend the team at the Stamford office unreservedly.

They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.

From the initial valuation visit through to completion they were very professional, always easy to get in touch with via phone or email . Special mention must go to Niomi who kept me updated throughout the sales process. A highly recommended company if you're looking to sell your property.

26th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I must highly commend the team at Bairstowe Eves Wollaton. They all worked really hard to ensure the sale of my property was a success following previous disappointment. The communication and attention to detail through the sale process was of a high quality. I was anxious but there was reassurance and honesty throughout the process. The staff team were all very helpful. But special mention for Alan Heys and Claire Dack. Both have know me a lot time and gave that extra personal touch. Excellent service. I would highly recommend the branch.
18th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I missed a call from them on Friday 12th June in which they asked about my availability for viewing a property. I called them back several times and left voicemails/enquired about the property again online and was ignored. Found out this is because they are marketing for Lomond who is a company that seems to have bought every new build in Upton and are being selective about who lives in their properties (besides using affordability as a measure, which would make sense in itself). Meaning myself and pregnant partner missed out on a chance to move into a larger house prior to the baby being born.<br>Would rate them lower if I could - would not recommend renting or buying through William H Brown/Lomond.

She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel really relaxed and comfortable. She took the time to answer all our questions properly and never made us feel rushed at all. Honestly, one of the best experiences we’ve had with a letting agent — Eleanor is a real credit to the team. Thank you again!

28th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)First dealing with O'Riordan Bond. Refusal to give holding deposit and argued that an IVA wasnt disclosed but was clearly disclosed in black and white. When confronted spoken with Clare, service was appalling and was heard smiling over the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute joke, would not use and would suggest anyone to look elsewhere.

Olivia, who conducted our viewings, was always there on time and knew all the answers to the questions we threw at her. She was really flexible in arranging multiple viewings, even fitting us in even on busy days, and made us feel so supported when it came to putting in our offer! Becky kept us informed throughout the whole process, ensured everything was running smoothly, and was always willing to answer any questions or concerns. She was professional, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond in chasing relevant parties to get the sale across the line. It really felt like we had someone fighting our corner and provided us with much reassurance as first time buyers. A big thank you to Becky, Olivia and the whole Jackson Grundy team - we are so grateful.

On the day Lewis provided a thorough and professional assessment of the property and as a result we were able to make a decision on future plans for the property.<br>Lewis is a valuable asset to the company and his skillsets are of the highest level.
