From the moment my offer was accepted through to completion, Kelly and Noah were excellent throughout.<br><br>Communication was always clear and proactive, and they regularly chased all parties to keep the transaction moving. They were also very professional while ensuring the purchase continued to progress smoothly.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, but Kelly and Noah were always approachable, responsive and helpful, making the whole process much easier.<br><br>Thank you both for all your hard work and support. From start to finish, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and always available for one-on-one follow-up whenever needed. What really stood out was how well he balanced the relationship between us as buyers and his client, the seller, ensuring the process remained smooth, fair, and transparent throughout. While many viewers loved the house, I never got any compelling offers. There are not that many freehold houses with this size and this many bedrooms for such an affordable price - all market estimates were higher. Then I instructed Foxtons and they sold the house for me. I worked with Francis Wilson. He was easy to approach, always picked up my phone or called me back quickly. Francis was also personally involved in the conveyancing process when we faced some obstacles. I would definitely recommend Foxtons.
26th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)We have now started renting out flat with Barnard Marcus Estate Agents and it has been an extremely smooth process.<br><br>Since the day we did the viewing it all went great, they have been extremely responsive with us and had great communication, specially with Rodrigo Varela who has guided us through the whole process, compared to other estate agents that just push you for your money Barnard Marcus has been the most empathetic with us.
