Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

The results speak for themselves with a very successful sale achieved in a matter of weeks without any hitches. The excellent outcome was the result of Marsh and Parsons understanding the unique character of the house and identifying a bespoke sales strategy which was rolled out according to plan with great energy and enthusiasm. Phil Coombes took the time to develop a rapport and working relationship with us as his clients and his shared understanding and appreciation of the house was much appreciated. Communications were good in keeping us informed at each stage. Phil Coombes leads an excellent team who were all involved but a special thanks must be given to Alistair Husbands who negotiated the sale.
7th Jul 2026 (1 day ago)rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Martin & Co was extremely disappointing. The agent I dealt with at the beginning was excellent and professional, but once Josh Gledhill became my property manager, everything changed. Despite paying a full year’s rent upfront and always being patient and cooperative, I spent much of my tenancy chasing for help with repeated maintenance issues. Communication was poor, support was delayed, and even after moving out I had to chase repeatedly for basic records, only to eventually receive an incomplete list. After seven years of renting in Chelsea, I have never experienced property management like this. I would not recommend renting with this agency if you expect reliable support when problems arise.

Kayleigh went above and beyond to keep everything moving, coordinate between all parties and help get the purchase over the line.<br><br>Both were professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We'd happily recommend Keating Estates to anyone looking to buy in the area.

In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. Every member of the team we dealt with did a great job. Victoria is very professional and cooperative! Jodie is truly one of a kind! She is the agent who understood best the kind of property and standing we were looking for. She's perspicacious, proactive, kind, patient and perseverant. And Goia is very attenti and authentic. From the very beginning, Paul was incredibly kind, patient, and genuine. He answered all of our questions and made sure everything moved along without any of the typical stress that usually comes with moving.<br><br>We also want to give a special thanks to Diane, who was amazing in supporting us with maintenance and coordinating the change of a few furniture pieces. It really felt like the whole team cared about getting us settled comfortably into our new home. We’re so grateful for their help and highly recommend them!

19th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)This is the first house we've sold in nearly 30 years and due to concerns about the widely reported malpractices of national chains, we were determined to use a small independent estate agent. Of those whom we invited to view our property, Spencer was the most impressive. Bullish but realistic and very positive.<br>Throughout the whole process, the whole firm was very efficient, comms were excellent and timely and all calls were taken immediately or returned very quickly.<br>During a mildly challenging period with our buyer it was crystal clear Spencer was representing the sellers (us) as his only priority.<br>The right advice was given at the right time, every time, and it was very much appreciated.<br>I recommend Spencer and Sener very highly to anyone considering selling their property in the Barnet area.

1st Jul 2026 (7 days ago)I recently purchased a property through Robinson Jackson Catford. While the day-to-day experience with the staff was largely positive, a serious issue regarding transparency occurred during the sales process, which is why I am leaving 3 stars instead of 5.<br><br>The property listing and brochure both clearly advertised "private parking." However, it transpired that the property did not have a legally recognized driveway or dropped kerb. When I questioned whether the seller would rectify this, my conveyancer received an email from the agency claiming the property "was never advertised as having private parking"—accompanied by an altered digital brochure to back up their claim, instead of a perfectly acceptable answer of "no".<br><br>At the exact moment this email was sent, the live online listing was still active displaying "private parking," and I held the original printed brochure in my hands.<br><br>For me, this deliberate attempt to alter the facts would normally warrant a 1-star review. However, I want to be fair to the rest of the branch team; the staff I dealt with directly were friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout the rest of the purchase. It is a shame that an otherwise good experience was marred by a clear lack of transparency.
