I am very glad to have moved back here, thanks to very helpful staff, in particular Simon and Owen who have always been ready to handle my queries. I am very grateful that their readiness to assist and dispel doubts enabled my decision to reside in this vibrant cosmopolitan and friendly place which retains its historical background with pride.

They chased and updated us throughout and they felt our frustrations at events outside of our control!<br><br>They completely felt like they were working with us and did above and beyond what we'd have hoped for. Special thanks to Beth who was with us from start to finish- her calm but efficient manner meant we always came away from calls feeling better!<br><br>We love our new home and if we ever move, we wouldn't look further than Alan de Maid to sell.

They are there and quickly sort out problems that arise. They are friendly and approachable. I would always recommend them. What a team 1st class.
19th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We recently worked with Zuplex to rent a property in Harlow, Essex. From day 1 the team were helpful. Dilber showed us around and answered any questions we had, and then oversaw the process of obtaining info for background checks etc. Berk was our contact for all the paperwork and every interaction with him was easy. Their efficiency throughout the whole process meant we were in the new home within a month of viewing it. I’d read a few bad reviews on here previously and honestly have no idea where they’ve come from, everyone we dealt with was polite, friendly and a pleasure to interact with. I’d definitely approach Zuplex if I was in the property market again, thanks guys for making a stressful time of our lives a little less stressful!

His communication was excellent, and he always made sure we knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next.<br><br>He was consistently available with helpful advice that was practical, pragmatic, and based on a wealth of experience. Whenever we needed guidance, Simon always had a sensible perspective on the next steps and often shared valuable insights that helped us make informed decisions.<br><br>It’s clear that Simon knows the local area and property market exceptionally well, and that knowledge gave us great confidence throughout the sale.
