15th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)The initial meeting to value the property, the subsequent meeting to take photos and the organising of the paperwork was great, we were impressed, which was why we went with them. Unfortunately, after 14 weeks on the market they had only got us 2 viewings and their communication to us was a bit hit and miss, so we decided to go with a different agent. They weren’t the right agent for us on this occasion.

Myles and Guy dealt with my sale which unfortunately became very long winded but they were lovely and always kept me in the loop never failing to return my call if they were out of office. Branch manager Adam was a pleasure to deal with from the first time we met, through to the completion day and handing the keys over. He was ably supported by his colleague Jodie, who also was very attentive, responsive, and was pivotal in getting what turned out to be a more complex sale over the line. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bridgfords in Ashton Under Lyne for your property transaction, whether buying or selling.

From the initial contact with Katie Craddock, who was friendly and organised with the viewings – to Andrew Begg, a professional and personable valuer who had a real energy about our sale – to Tai Chapman with helpful consistent communication. I would recommend this team/branch to make your sale or purchase, calm and efficient.

They show sensitivity at those difficult moments that inevitably arise during a sale process. On several occasions when I felt doubtful about what to do next, and stressed, Jen or Lauren C (who managed the account) made suggestions that kept me calm and moved things forward. I recommend their services unreservedly.

3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Jack was responsive throughout the purchase of my property and, whenever I contacted him, he helped move matters forward. He also remained helpful after completion when I needed further information about the property. His communication style could sometimes feel quite abrupt, and some early paperwork needed correcting, but overall he was effective and helped bring the purchase to completion. The Prosecco and card when I collected the keys were also a lovely and thoughtful touch!

Our sale didn’t go without its problems but Jamie, Zoe and Helen were always supportive and all correspondence was replied to immediately or at least asap.<br>The team are very grounded and professional and you have confidence that they’re doing all the necessary administrative and diplomatic work on your behalf in the background to get the sale through the line.<br>The very personable approach the whole team have is very comforting and it made you feel that they genuinely cared. We spoke and messaged Helen a lot !!!! She remained very patient and professional and knew she wanted the best outcome for us.<br>We would highly recommend them all in a heartbeat.

From start to finish, Lynne, Seth and the whole team have been absolutely fantastic.<br><br>I’ve mainly dealt with Lynne throughout the process, and she has been so lovely, helpful and reassuring. Buying my first home ended up being a much more complicated process than I expected, but Lynne was always there to keep me updated, answer my questions and help wherever she could.<br><br>Seth has also been incredibly helpful and friendly whenever I’ve dealt with him, and I’ve genuinely felt so well looked after throughout the whole process.
