31st Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)While looking for an Estate Agent in Bagshot, to manage the renting of my property, I decided to use Howlands since they’re a local family run property business with the reviews being positive and the prices competitive. I’m really pleased I made this decision with James, Sandy, and Allan providing a very professional service during the 18mth period. Communication was very good with any problems raised by the tenants addressed swiftly which provided peace of mind. Due to Howlands being a family run business they go the extra mile and ensure they offer a positive experience. Based off the positive experience I subsequently used Howlands for the sale of the property which also worked out very well. The photos of the property showcased the house very positively with the video walk-through organised by James also looking great. During the conveyancing process James and Allan did an excellent job with providing regular updates and managing the communication between the sellers. I’d thoroughly recommend using Howlands for renting, selling, or buying a property in the Bagshot area with it even more important to support this great local business.

11th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)A few days ago, I visited a rental property and had a friendly conversation with Louise Pasker, the Lettings & Valuations Manager. We explored the house and talked about various topics. She promised to send my partner and I the necessary form, but she never did. My partner and I spoke more about the property the following day to weigh the pros and cons of the property. We were hesitant to commit to a home without thorough consideration. After really thinking it through and not just taking the property to have a home. Not one we didn’t find suited. It is unfortunate that Louise Pasker failed to provide the requested paperwork (if we were interested which last she heard we possibly interested) and did not respond to my partner’s email the day after. It is possible that she is experiencing annoyance, illness, or is part-time. In the event of illness, emails should be passed over to another colleague. If she is part-time, emails should also be passed over too. Regardless of her circumstances, it is unprofessional to: 1. Not reply to an email (in the email my partner also asked if they’re any other properties they have) 2. To not even send the forms she said she’d do Also, my partner sent another email today. Asking if Louise had seen the last email. Had no reply. It is very unprofessional to ignore someone’s emails that is asking questions.
21st Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)This is a top quality estate agents (very helpful particularly jill etc) helped me with a house purchase and are fair and honest unlike most estate agents. They even allowed my dog to come into the office once.

15th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)233 WORTING ROAD. Our interaction with this estate agent has been shocking from start to finish. We viewed this property and gave the offer of the asking price due to the alleged situation of the vendor only for the owner of the estate agent to ring up trying to squeeze more money out of us. After out offer was accepted we then started the normal process to proceed with the sale. We have just gone through the process of employing a level 3 structural surveyor as well as a Structural engineer, The findings had come back with major subsidence to all 4 corners of the property as well major building issues. The property is at best worth around £250k. If you are thinking about dealing with these crooks be very very careful. Feel free to reach out to us for the reports which we happily give out to avoid any one falling foul of these vile people. Best Joe

An honest and extremely helpful discussion on what's involved and how to proceed. Highly recommended as a point of contact and will not hesitate to use should the need arise.

Independent agents who work on the sellers behalf (many agents seem to forget this!). We have had experience of many agents, mostly abysmal, so Becky & Gaynor are a refreshing change. Highly recommend this Fordingbridge based Company. We have just sold our property, through them & it wasn't the smoothest of sales, but made easier by having these guys being 100% on the ball.
9th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)I have worked with this agency three times over the years — buying, renting out a property, and selling — so I’ve seen how they operate from several sides. What stands out most is not just trustworthiness, but their diplomacy and professionalism. You really feel that they protect your interests and your deal all the way to the end. Two of my experiences were quite complicated, with a number of issues along the way. Thanks to the team, those complications had very little impact on the overall process. Their calm, professional approach made a huge difference and helped everything move forward smoothly. After several experiences with them, I can honestly say you can entrust them with your property and your interests with your eyes closed. Very grateful for their work and support over the years. 3rd Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns. There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
