Ian was quick to respond to emails, transparent about the application process, and processed everything efficiently and very quickly as me and my partner had to move in quick. Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

SLM Property is a family business and we placed our property for sale with them at the end of August 2025. All aspects of marketing and promotion were first class and as a result our property sold very quickly - just over 4 months from initial instruction to completion. Thank you Lance and Sophie.

11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Rafferty and Picards enough. Their video of our house showed it at it’s best. The advice that Paul and John gave us on the way was invaluable. From the offer we had in September to our move in January, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. They were both professional and helpful in all aspects and kept us updated on a regular basis. Many thanks John and Paul for reducing our stress levels during this time.
