11th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)Martin was absolutely brilliant from start to finish of our house sale. He consistently went above and beyond to chase the buyer and her solicitor and kept us in the loop throughout the process. It was a real pleasure working with him and we really recommend Fyfe Mcdade.

9th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.

10th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Poor service - initial queries were ignored and and I was stood up once I’d finally arranged a viewing, as the agent hadn’t bothered to let me know that the let to the property was already agreed. Do not waste your time on them.

Their professionalism, market knowledge, and clear communication made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. Edward and Jason were always responsive, keeping me informed at every stage and promptly answering any questions I had. What really stood out was their dedication and personal approach — I never felt like just another client. They went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed efficiently and handled any challenges calmly and confidently. I highly recommend Tuckerman residential to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Pimlico and Westminster area. A truly professional and reliable service.
28th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I booked a viewing on 24 February 2026 for an appointment confirmed on 28 February at 12:00 pm. I travelled nearly two hours to attend, arrived on time, and when I called the agent to check their arrival, I was casually told the appointment had been cancelled. No one informed me beforehand. No call. No email. Nothing. This shows a total lack of basic organisation and zero respect for clients’ time. Cancelling appointments without notifying people is unacceptable, especially when customers are travelling significant distances. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I would strongly question how they handle actual clients. Very disappointing experience.
18th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Summary: They're a bunch of clowns in manky suits. While arranging a tenancy, they threatened to pull our contract if we didn't agree to pay within 24 hours, stating the past tenants wanted to remain in the property. We were in contact with the past tenants whoever, who were all moving out of the city. They made a meal out of every situation we encountered them in, and had a horrid smarmy attitude which made any interactions draining. Steer clear unless you're also an energy vampire.
10th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Terrible communication, we waited over a year for a repair, another time a random person was sent and not a professional to deal with infestation, or they ordered a new oven without even checking the size so when it arrived it wouldn't fit.. I'm so glad the landlord finally decided to cancel the contract with them.
25th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)We had an amazing service from Vic at Woodlands from start to finish. From the regular viewings for our property all the way to completion of the sale. He was friendly and helpful and kept us up to date with the progress of the sale all the way through, we had lots of problems with a solicitor but he helped us with this as much as he could and went over and above to ensure he relieved our anxieties as much as possible. I would recommend Vic and Woodlands to anyone who is selling their property, absolutely a great experience for a very stressful time!
7th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)I had the pleasure of connecting with pointview estates but to contact them is very tedious even though they respond it takes ages even in emergencies there is no one to speak to . The customer service they provide is fine but it very disappointing you cannot reach them out of hours .I have had to now find out that my deatils have been misused by the association of these people who they are renting properties to very disappointed as this has now made me very angry.i will not use their services again as the people who they work with are thieves.Do not use these people to find property their associates are terrible and their tenants as well avoid at all costs I have learnt the hard way never again avoid!!
2nd Mar 2026 (17 days ago)If you can avoid renting from these people, do. Despite several good reviews I have to say I had a terrible experience with R L Morris. I moved into a flat managed by them in January 2025 and work promised was not done - kitchen tap flew off in my face, for instance. I had a succession of issues - a ceiling leak that took four months to fix, an ancient fridge freezer with a bottom drawer just a solid frozen block - their response to this was for me to defrost it for three days! There is not always an emergency contact in place at weekends, so if you run into trouble, most of the time you're on your own. Finally they gave me notice, saying that the owner wanted to sell the flat, but that was a lie because it's back on Rightmove for rent again! 246 Albert Road E10. Everything is clapped out in the flat, I repainted and was promised £300 to compensate but never got it. Previous tenants said they had the same issues.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

4th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)BE CAREFUL! As a tenant this company are a nightmare, they don't care for you at all. So slow to respond to queries, unprofessional and misleading. When we first moved in the flat was in a complete mess - dust, grit, mould, hair and even used underwear hiding underneath the kitchen sink. They insisted a professional clean had taken place which was obviously a lie, on moving out of the property we cleaned to professional standard and have been footed with a large bill, including random over-priced costs. Several problems with our property during our stay which they were slow to respond to including the balcony having a massive and dangerous hole in it which caused leaks into the downstairs neighbour, and meant we couldn't use during the hot weather, they were so slow to get someone in for this and when they did he did a bodge job that will rot in a couple years time, made a complete mess of our flat and the communal area in the process. Never responded to our requests to fix the window that had rotted. Unorganised - when showing the properties to other tenants they had the wrong keys with them so I came round to let them in, also didn't communicate clearly on when viewings were cancelled so had me waiting at home when nobody arrived. It's so common to have useless agencies, but we now are with a lovely company who really care for us, are quick and reasonable - it does exist!
10th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Fantastic letting agency, specialising in very special homes along the river - really great service from beginning to end with Leanna, going above and beyond over the Christmas break (despite the agency being closed!) to help us get through the referencing process and get moved in within a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).
8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.

As a first time buyer I found the process pretty daunting, but the team were always easy to contact, supportive and professional. It was a pleasure interacting with Aimee, Victoria, Marty and Sophie and I could not recommend them highly enough. My experience was greatly improved by working with a team who were switched on and capable, but also kind and friendly. Definitely a much better experience than I have had with other estate agents! Thank you for all of your help
