11th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)RR Cleckheaton have been supporting me well for a number of years. Problems do arise from time to time, and I can rely upon Chloe and team for support when I call upon them. I am an oversea Landlord, so the backup is vital.
5th May 2026 (4 days ago)When buying the house 5 years ago. We had problems with the solicitors they recommended. They said it would make the process easier as they would talk to each other without our input. They did not talk to each other and we had to do they run around 1 day before completion. We also purchased the house lifetime mortgage advisor service they offered. This year when changing providers came up, we were told to pay £99 admin fee for the mortgage brokering fee even though we had paid £499 for the lifetime broker offer. And again, there were miscommunication between broker and solicitor as the lump sum we were using on down payment was not told to the solicitor it was a gift. Meaning we were charged extra to overpay our existing mortgage provider the lump sum so we didn’t miss the completion date. I would strongly advise going elsewhere for mortgage deals and solicitors as we had very bad experiences with both.

30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)From our first contact, to arrange a viewing of the property which we purchased and throughout the protracted process of negotiating and agreeing terms, we were impressed with the manner and professionalism demonstrated by Chris Moffatt. Without his sound advice and considerable assistance, the entire transaction might have foundered - to the detriment of all parties - and his efforts even continued after completion to ensure a satisfactory outcome. Chris was ably supported throughout by Jasmine Emmerson and we would not hesitate to recommend Reeds Rains to anyone looking to sell their property - although we hope it will be a long time before we require your services as we love the new home which your staff helped us to secure.- 4th May 2026 (5 days ago)I chose Reeds Rains Crossgates to help sell my flat in Leeds City Centre, the service was spot on, a big thanks to Keeley in particular, supportive, professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout .

- 25th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)I initially had George the branch manager come value my home and found him such a lovely man and he put me at ease about how the whole process will go , Having put my trust in them they sold my house within days and Adam became my agent and looked after the sale of my home and he did a fantastic job Adam rang me every week without fail and kept me upto date with every single update and anything i wasn't sure about he was just a phone call away , I highly recommend the branch and couldn't praise the team enough .

14th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.- 9th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Had a wonderful experience with Sandra showing us around a property today. We’ve had a lot of experience with estate agents, from either looking to rent, buy, or living in a property that’s for sale with frequent viewings, and Sandra has been the best by a mile. It was refreshing to have such a friendly estate agent who knows so much about the property (when you’re usually met with “I’m not sure”), and she discussed in depth what you could do with the property on a human level without any forced selling, plus a bonus was she had knowledge of the area too. You were great, thanks so much again Sandra!

21st Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)Haven't been a tenant with this agents for some time - left for reasons unrelated to the property / agency, however had numerous problems during the tenancy anyway - and just received a tenants maintenance problem! Huge safety concern as I received the building code and their apartment door code! Appalling - hope they’ve contacted the tenant to explain and changed the code, luckily I’m not a bad person!

Communication was always clear and efficient, and any queries I had were handled quickly and professionally. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that are both organised and approachable, and who clearly care about providing a high standard of service. Everyone at Jigsaw has always been helpful and easy to work with, which made the whole experience very smooth. Myah especially was a pleasure to deal with but the whole team are amazing. A big thank you to the entire team, I would highly recommend Jigsaw Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable and professional agency!

31st Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)EDIT: Owner has responded to this review with a bunch of lies, we reported the issue with the roof in June, when there was no "Winter weather". If you are looking for a property and see these guys, avoid at all cost, they are cheap/lazy/incompetent, they have actively put our health at risk by refusing to address clear issues in our house, they seem to be ignoring all issues in the house. Also, when we moved in, the house was absolutely disgusting and they refuse to accept any responsibility for it. Have included photos of issues they ignored.
