A special thank you to Mesut, who acted as my mortgage broker throughout the process. Mesut was exceptional — incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always available to guide me through each step. He made what can be a very complex and stressful process feel much smoother and clearer. What really stood out was his dedication and reliability. He guided me through each stage with care and professionalism, ensuring everything progressed smoothly and efficiently. It felt like having someone truly on your side throughout what can otherwise be a very complex process. I would also like to thank Georgia, who was amazing at chasing the solicitors and keeping the process moving forward, and Riley, whose availability and support throughout the journey were greatly appreciated. A very professional and supportive team from start to finish. I would highly recommend their services.100% recommended.

From the moment we walked through the door, Glen was kind, attentive, and worked hard to make sure all our needs were met. It genuinely felt like he cared about helping us find the right place, not just closing a deal. What really stood out was his responsiveness to our questions and the honesty and transparency he showed throughout the whole process. That level of trust made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and reassuring. Thanks to Glen and the team at Compton Reeback, we’re now happily settled in our new place and couldn’t be more grateful for their help. We’d absolutely recommend them- 10/10.

When I was setting up my small home baking business, they were supportive and made the process straightforward, which I really appreciated. A genuinely helpful and approachable team — I would highly recommend them.
17th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)Alessandra and Hanan were extremely helpful and professional throughout our apartment rental agreement. Despite several external delays that were outside of everyone’s control, Alessandra remained fully committed to supporting us in completing the agreement. She was proactive and consistently took action to help move the process forward including consistently chasing third party operators. Even when we faced external obstacles that could have slowed everything down, she did everything within her capacity to mobilise the necessary steps and accommodate our requests.<br><br>Hanan was equally diligent and supportive. She ensured that both the tenant’s and the landlord’s rights were protected and handled appropriately. She provided clear guidance on both minor and major matters and was consistently responsive, even at short notice.

Richard was particularly helpful; was extremely reliable and always replied promptly to any questions. Overall, I would recommend Chestertons to anyone looking to rent! The process of renting was both smooth and enjoyable. :)

Particularly, Dana and Anna have been very helpful and had an effective communication. Me, my friend and my cousin had dealt three properties and we have had the same brilliant experience. I wish them a lot of success and wish them best of luck to serve more to their clients and to the community.

5th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)The property management team has always been prompt in resolving issues and providing a high level of service. In particular, Emma, the Property Manager, has been great—friendly, easy to communicate with, and always quick to follow up when something needs attention.
5th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.

She communicated clearly and promptly, arranged viewings efficiently, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Although I didn’t end up renting through Foxtons, she was consistently helpful, professional, and friendly throughout. Highly recommended.
13th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Maple Estate Agents. This has been one of the worst services I have ever received from an estate agency. Communication has been very poor and my formal complaint regarding issues at the property has been completely ignored despite multiple emails. I was left to deal with an unresolved electricity dispute directly with the landlord and received no support from the agency, even though the tenancy was arranged through them. Professional assistance and proper guidance were expected but unfortunately not provided. Overall, the lack of response, accountability, and support has made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend Maple Estate Agents based on my experience.

He was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process, always quick to respond to any questions and keeping everything running smoothly. I’d happily recommend Jeremy to anyone looking to rent in the area.

They were very friendly to deal with, communication was excellent and I felt like I was in good hands. Would definitely recommend!
