He created a relaxed, welcoming environment and encouraged us to take our time exploring the property, which we really appreciated. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. Throughout the entire process, Kyle maintained clear and consistent communication, always keeping us informed and reassured. We’re truly so grateful to Kyle for his support, professionalism, and genuine approach, it made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. We were so impressed that we’ve even recommended two other people to contact Kyle to help them find a property to rent. We also had the pleasure of meeting his colleague Mehmet when completing the final payment and collecting our keys. He was equally professional, friendly, and efficient, ensuring everything was handled seamlessly. A big thank you to both Kyle and Mehmet for their outstanding service. He was always quick to reply, kept us updated, and chased things when they needed chasing which honestly made such a difference. You can tell he actually cares about getting things over the line for you, not just ticking boxes. Really appreciated how straightforward and helpful he was the whole way through. Would definitely recommend him.

I would especially like to mention Sunny, who was extremely polite and communicated very well. He took my concerns seriously and made a real effort to resolve the problem. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend Home Finders to others.

My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. Their communication was exceptional - always quick to respond, clear, and proactive, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well-organised. They were both warm and personable, highly knowledgeable, and I always felt I was in very capable hands. Although I didn’t end up securing the property as I was unfortunately outbid, the level of service I received never dropped. They remained positive, encouraging, and committed throughout, which really stood out.
