At all times in this protracted process, they worked hard to keep all parties on track , always responded swiftly to phone queries and emails, and offered a personal and highly professional service . 13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.
20th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Positives: friendly, efficient, reasonable fee, communication during the process was clear and helpful. Negative: I felt a bit pestered after my initial enquiry, with almost weekly enquiries as to whether I was going to progress with the sale. I still instructed them though due to their local link. In addition to obtaining their valuation it's worth doing your own local research on house values without being greedy and unrealistic as the estate agents may have different priorities to you.
18th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

They might not be very visible at first but they did their best to resolve our major flat issues. We didn’t have any problems communicating with them and their lines are always open. From day one, it felt like I’d known Patrick my whole life. He made the whole process straightforward, and even during the stressful moments, he put my partner and me completely at ease. I still keep in touch with him now, he’s a top chap and someone you can genuinely rely on. I would highly recommend Kavanagh Hayes Estate Agents. Thank you to all of you for everything. 18th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)Bartletts gave us an exceptional service. From day one they were doing all they could to find us a buyer and what impressed me the most was their communication. Every week they provided an update and Darren or Kristian accompanied prospective buyers on every occasion and took a detailed history of the property and surrounding area. Once a buyer was found, they helped us negotiate on the property we were buying out of the area! This is not an estate agent, this is a personal service that will get you moved to where you want go. Well done team, an awesome experience.

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to work with Martin on the sale of my beloved home. I’ve been unlucky with timing and withdrawn offers over the last 4 years. I used multiple agents and it just didn’t work. Then I recall my previous conversations with Martin a long time ago and decided to get in touch. I’ve always preferred working with local agents so I appointed Clements Habba. Martin knows the market like the back of his hand and is honest (but with ambition) with his assessment on pricing and timing. I needed a quick sale and he delivered within the time frame and the agreed price range. He has also really gone above and beyond throughout the process, which I couldn’t have done without given I live abroad.
