18th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios
11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !

Always happy to help and answer any questions as silly as they may be. The ladies are all so lovely and friendly and Tilley the pup instantly cheers your day up!
12th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I am writing this behalf of my uncle because he doesn’t speak English last year he rented a flat from these people they all so speak Turkish so my uncle paid them admission fees which by law they don’t have the right to ask him for admission fees but they did why because my uncle doesn’t speak English and he’s only been in uk for one and half years and then they asked him for weeks rent 2 months deposit again buy law they can only ask 4 week’s and when he left the flat they only give his one moths rent back said to him we only had one month deposit of yours horrible people

18th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. 27th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE. If there was only zero stars… A couple of weeks ago, water from the men’s toilet on our floor was literally flowing down the stairs and also through elevator shaft. The smell was disgusting, and there was visible sewage which we have to step into to be able to exit. And no - this wasn’t the first time something like this has happened. We had no choice but to walk through that filthy water just to get out of the office. When I went to reception to ask for the bare minimum - reimbursement for cleaning my shoes - the regional manager, Farah, couldn’t have been more dismissive. Instead of helping, she snapped that they “aren’t liable for damages,” talked down to me like I was her child, and then turned away mid-conversation as if I wasn’t worth her time and said ‘you clearly don’t understand’ then turned her head towards display. This one clearly loves drama, seeing what other residents have to say. Maybe some management or how to deal with people classes... I just wanted to find some base ground as the damage was made from their fault, but they clearly don’t care. I had to spend £30 from my money to clean my shoes. If this is how management treats people, it tells you everything you need to know. Avoid this place at all costs!

A friend who has known Laurence for many years first put me in touch with Youhome and from my very first meeting I felt reassured I was in very experienced and knowledgable hands. That impression never wavered. His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. 30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to work with Martin on the sale of my beloved home. I’ve been unlucky with timing and withdrawn offers over the last 4 years. I used multiple agents and it just didn’t work. Then I recall my previous conversations with Martin a long time ago and decided to get in touch. I’ve always preferred working with local agents so I appointed Clements Habba. Martin knows the market like the back of his hand and is honest (but with ambition) with his assessment on pricing and timing. I needed a quick sale and he delivered within the time frame and the agreed price range. He has also really gone above and beyond throughout the process, which I couldn’t have done without given I live abroad.
