The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. Elin Shepherd.

25th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I approached KMJ immediately when i decided to sell my property as they were very local to me and i’d heard positive things in the past, they’re a well respected estate agent within my village and have a reputation of having a good knowledge of the area, something i thought was important in respect of the property i was selling relative to its location.<br>I can honestly say that my experience with them was first class. From Marks first valuation visit which i felt was honest and realistic , to the expedient listing and admin to get it market , securing an offer within 7 days they absolutely outperformed my expectations.<br>The conveyancing process to my mind took an age, and i felt particularly anxious throughout, but KMJ in this area particularly excelled, Suzanne in sales progression was absolutely fantastic, she was quick to assist with any enquiries, often responding within minutes, tirelessly chased the chain, and i never felt for one minute that she wasn’t on top of the whole process. I cannot thank KMJ and all of their team involved enough for making a process which was particularly stressful for me a considerably easier one knowing that they had everything in hand. I would not hesitate to recommend KMJ to anyone and would most certainly use them again should the time arise. Thank you KMJ.

They are the first party involved in a sale I have ever wanted to use again. You are dealing with humans who understand the overall context of the sale, not an automated workflow of Bot like responses.

From start to finish, they have been professional, friendly and incredibly helpful.<br><br>Communication has been excellent throughout, with regular updates and prompt responses. They didn’t just focus on selling our property; they went the extra mile to keep things moving. Regularly chasing other agents and solicitors in the chain when things started to drag.<br><br>There was never any hard sell or pressure, we always felt that they had our best interests at heart. The photographs and presentation of our property were excellent, they really showcased the house.<br><br>They were proactive, approachable and genuinely seemed to care about getting the right result for us.<br><br>Selling a house is stressful enough without having to chase everyone involved, so having an estate agent who actually keeps things moving is invaluable. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

After no success with another agent we gave Ian a chance and he assured us he would sell our house so we could move up the property ladder to our forever home. Despite rather slow market conditions Ian kept to his word and we are now living in our new home! Thanks also to Janet (sales progresser) who was very proactive throughout the sale process to ensure we exchanged and completed in a timely manner.<br><br>Thank you both! He was very welcoming and friendly gave us all the information we need and took time to answer any questions and we didn’t feel rushed at all. The process was really smooth and easy and he even called to congratulate me for the offer being accepted.
