From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

6th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)We had the pleasure of meeting Pulborough Branch Manager Kevin Tuft at a property we viewed in West Chiltington.<br><br>Originally we wanted view the property back in May but unfortunately we were on holiday when the property came to market. We made an appointment to view the property when we returned from holiday. However whilst we were away the property went under offer. Kevin called us straight away to advise of the situation, whereby we asked him that should the property return to the market please would he let us know straight away to which he assured us he would.<br><br>A good few weeks later Kevin called us to advise the property we had shown interest in was now unexpectedly back on the market.<br>Kevin was excellent in that he made time for us to view the property virtually straight away. We put in an offer the same afternoon and Kevin ensured that the vendor was contacted and literally twelve hours later our offer had been accepted, all further viewings cancelled and confirmation email sent.<br><br>We cannot fault the service we have received from Kevin and his team. When we have called at a moments notice requesting a second viewing the team have been so accommodating. Nothing has been too much trouble.<br><br>We would not hesitate to recommend Kevin and his team.<br>With the Pulborough teams help we hope to be in our new home very soon. Thank you guys so much for all of your help we couldn't be happier.
16th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I booked a viewing last week and this morning checked the online listing, which was still showing the original price. However, when I arrived to view the property, I was informed that the price had been increased at the last minute. While I understand that online listings can change, surely a basic courtesy would be to contact prospective viewers to let them know about any price changes, so they can decide whether they still want to attend. This felt like a complete waste of time. Furthermore, their website claims that all rooms are en-suite, but in reality only one room had a proper en-suite bathroom. The other six rooms only have showers and no toilet facilities, which is very misleading. I strongly urge the management to be more transparent and respectful towards potential tenants.

Peter and Ted showed professionalism at all times, and went above and beyond.
