The whole process has moved incredibly quickly—far quicker than I ever anticipated—and I genuinely believe this is largely down to the hard work and dedication of the team in attracting prospective buyers and arranging viewings.<br><br>Throughout the process, everyone has been friendly, professional, helpful and polite, making what can be a stressful experience feel so much easier. We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received and would highly recommend Wards of Barnehurst to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

20th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)I honestly can’t recommend Beth at Alan De Maid highly enough!<br><br>We came to ADM after struggling to sell our property through another Agent, from listing with ADM, we had 2 viewings within 4 days and sold.<br><br>From start to finish, Beth was absolutely incredible throughout the sale and purchase of our house. We had our fair share of hiccups and frustrations further down the chain, but Beth was always on top of everything, constantly keeping us updated and doing everything she could behind the scenes to keep things moving and make sure nothing fell apart.<br><br>What really stood out was her communication. We never felt like we were left wondering what was happening, and whenever there was an issue, Beth was already chasing it and doing everything possible to get things resolved. Having someone so proactive and reliable made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier.<br><br>Beth is genuinely exceptional at what she does and clearly cares about getting the best outcome for her clients. I have to say over the course of the year we had a very supportive agency especially Angela who always supported us whenever we had any queries. Highly recommended if you are looking to rent in the area.

29th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)I would very much recommend using Allen and Harris in Witney. Aishah and Jarrod were amazing, constantly updating and communicating with us. Jarrod is still a trainee but would like to say how impressed we were with his knowledge about our house and how he communicated that information to the viewers. He has a presence about him that will make a great estate agent and an asset to the team.
2nd May 2026 (17 weeks ago)I sold my house through a separate agent, I was charged probably the going rate, I myself had to do the viewing, chase up and constantly phone them, it was like I was doing all the work, solicitors were the same take your money and offer no support, I bought through Peagrams, and after some initial confusion I went and spoke to them in person at there office, and from then on Amy took control of the situation, and at last I had someone who was honest truthful and on the ball, throughout the whole process I dealt with many people, none of them showed the same professional approach as she did, if I sell my house in the future would 100% use Peagrams, and would recommend to anyone as long as Amy is still there, a credit to your company, she deserves a pay rise.

Why would anyone permit them to hold someones deposit?!!!<br>............................<br>Avoid, go anywhere else but here.<br><br>2. Update July 26.....<br>Then to confirm the lack of professional standards employed, they unilaterally cease control of the Tenants Security Deposit & refuse to hand it back without cause. What an outfit. Incompetent, deceitful, money grabbing sharks.<br><br>1. What an unpleasant experience dealing with these people. Started well enough when they were selling something but rapidly fell apart when had to perform.<br>Local staff blindly followed the single company line making a mockery of their "bespoke service to landlords", then exceeded their brief & authority & finally overcharged.<br><br>Clearly a ridged centrally controlled business unable to trust local staff who were found to be lacking in understanding, experiance & customer awareness.

20th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)This is my first experience of selling a property and from the start I have been dissapointed with Taylor's. The communication has been shocking and I would advise that people research other agents before using this one!I had people turning up with no prior warning trying to let themselves into my flat, emails are not responded to and the customer service has been terrible.
