Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool

I'm a 100% satisfied customer, and have no hesitation in recommending others to use them for buying/selling and management.

He made the whole process of getting my flat smooth and kept me updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend SLM to anyone looking rent, and I feel even more reassured knowing they’ll be managing my rental property.

5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

7th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)They have been generally good to deal with and have been efficient. Where there have been minor errors and changes to sort out, these have been dealt with promptly. I have had the complication of being in Hertfordshire selling my sister's property in Brighton. This has been handled well so far .

This was made possible by the help Tau Vinh Phong who took me through the process of getting mortgage from the lender till the final completion date. I recommend people to use Connels at Oxley for their mortgage needs as they very helpful.

Then once we view the property and put in an application, they state pets will not be accepted. They must get some form of commission per application…
