Even though we haven’t put an offer in yet, the service we’ve received has been very respectable and professional throughout. The team have been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. A special mention to Teddy, who has been excellent. His communication, honesty, and willingness to assist have really stood out and made the experience feel smooth and reassuring. Based on our experience so far, we would definitely look to use Quilliam Estate Agents in the future when finding our property.

Communication was easy, and any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. We truly appreciated their kindness and reliability over the years. 31st May 2024 (1 year ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!

5th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)My experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. From the start, communication was almost impossible — we called and sent several messages for over a week before anyone responded. When someone finally did, they were rude and even hung up on us. Despite that, we gave them another chance and eventually managed to view a property we were genuinely interested in. Throughout the process, there was no accountability, no apology for the poor communication, and very little professionalism. After making an offer, we were told the landlord needed tenants to move in within a week, which was completely unrealistic. We waited days for updates, only to be told later that we should continue our search elsewhere. This entire process wasted two weeks of our time and left us feeling disrespected and frustrated. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency unless they seriously improve their communication, professionalism, and respect for clients.

1st Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I reviewed good service from then although it wasn’t very perfect. It was a little bit hard sometimes to get through to some agents sometimes but apart from that I receive excellent service.

16th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Updated March 2026: We've used Salters as sellers and buyers and would never use anyone else in the area. Alan and team really go the extra mile and as something that is often so stressful, all those extra touches make such a difference. Alan kept us up to date all the way through, and helped us over the finish line. The welcome gift box when we received our keys was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Helpful at every stage of the process, shared his local knowledge, was always frank about any challenges that we would encounter, and even introduced us to the local community. Couldn’t recommend him and River Homes highly enough.

2nd May 2026 (7 days ago)0 stars - I would not recommend this agency We have unfortunately been dealing with Hemang, the lettings manager, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Communication and transparency seem to be completely absent. Our rent has been paid late every single month, including a delay of 10 days last month, and at no point have we been proactively informed of any issues. Each month there is a new excuse - management not being available to approve payments, the company not having received rent yet, and no doubt something different next time. The lack of accountability is frustrating. We haven’t even received a copy of the signed contract yet despite asking on several occasions. We are counting down the days until July when can finally move on from the service. Save yourself the stress and choose another agency.

2nd May 2026 (7 days ago)Moving from a flat to a house was a big jump for us. We had limited time to lock in and secure a property that fit, Charan came through for us. Charan went above and beyond to ensure that we were catered to in every way. From early/late correspondence to continuous updates, creating a great sense of trust and confidence within the process. After renovating the property, should we wish to sell, we would definitely instruct Charan to look after our sale. We would want any potential buyer walking through our doors to have the same experience as we did. We cannot express how great Charan was with us over the past couple of months, and we are not easy customers either.
